The tech they sent was experienced and knowledgeable. Figured out the problem and corrected it.

The power outage on 8/4 caused issues with the AC. We live in Richmond and when the kids got there on the night of the 7th no AC. Called the 24 hr # about 10 left message and received a call this am. The young lady in the office was wonderful and really helpful what an asset she must be. The the tech was wonderful and repaired the AC and made sure the power outage didn’t do additional damage. From 1-10 their rating is a 20. Thanks so much for your help.

Just want to say how great of a job they did! It was SUPER hot but this team still did an amazing job with new compressor, unit in attic, etc. I feel so silly forgetting the main guy's name that I talked to all day but his buddy's name was Randy, I do remember that! Maybe the main guy's name was Brad? They took great care of us Thursday, June 12th in KDH. Hopefully you can relay the thanks to the correct people!

Colton, Robert and Randy were great. Very thorough, cleanliness minded and efficient. Very willing to answer questions and take input. Look forward to seeing at least two of them again tomorrow for our other job.

Alex and Kai did a wonderful job cleaning my vents and installing new vent covers. They were very professional and cleaned up any mess. They were both kind and courteous. It smelled like the air was cleaner immediately. I highly recommend this company!

Morgan was fantastic! She addressed the problem promptly and had the part replaced and the unit functional again in no time!

The technician got here as promised and then spent the next several hours trying to pinpoint the source of our problem. Unfortunately part of our system is located over our carport and she had to go up and down a latter to access the system. She was thorough and explained what she had discovered that got our system to work again. I realize it may be only a temporary fix but I was very pleased with effort she put into her work.

Delta T Heating and Air installed my heat pump system yesterday and they did a wonderful job. The 2 young men Brad and Jeff were the best. They did a wonderful job installing everything and cleaning up behind themselves. If you are ever in the market for a heat pump contact Delta T Heating & Air. You won't be sorry. The house felt great last night. The old system I had was over 30 years old and you had to keep it on 75 at night to feel comfortable but last night I put it on 70 and I was too hot. Way to go Delta T Heating & Air. Again thank you Brad and Jeff.

I called at 8:20 this morning about my AC blowing hot air. A technician was out and working on it within 90 minutes. Morgan did a great job. I can't comment on the price, I don't have the invoice yet, but the service itself was very efficient from start to finish.

Robert and Mekhi were very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kindly answered my many questions and offered guidance. There was zero upsell pressure of any sort - as some have experienced with other service companies. I would welcome these guys back.

Alex is worth his weight in gold, as the sages say. He’s fast, courteous, and has a very good personality with customers. Don’t know what he’s paid, but he deserves a significant raise. We have used Delta T for our HVAC needs since we moved here many years ago. I called them out today because our AC stopped working in the middle of a hot night. Alex Carroll was our service worker and he came out immediately, fixed our problem and explained to me what was going on. I am so grateful for DeltaT and their amazing staff. Was having recent trouble with one of my 9 yr-old Trane heat pumps - the issue was the unit was blowing warm air while in the cooling mode. I called Delta-T on Monday night and they responded right away and scheduled us for a Tuesday appointment. Our overall experience was excellent. The office staff at Delta - T gave us a reasonable arrival window on Tuesday and then the Delta -T tech Alex C. texted us when he was 20 mins out. When Alex arrived he listened intently to my explanation of the issue and then explained what diagnostic procedures he would perform to isolate the problem. Alex quickly diagnosed the issue, a broken electrical connection to the reversing valve. He quickly made the repair and we were back in business. We couldn’t of been happier. Excellent response time and great professional service at a reasonable price. We will definitely recommend Delta-T to friends and family.

I was here with my mother while she was getting her heat pump replaced by Delta T. The entire company was wonderful. From the beginning in recommending to her various units they did not try and oversell. Everyone we dealt with - from Rich, one of the owners and the office staff Liz and Alice were kind, patient, and helpful. We had the pleasure of Jeff and Brad‘s company for several days. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, polite, and funny - I appreciated the laughs. Rich, Brad, and Jeff kept us informed as issues arose (it’s a very old house). Every one of them clearly wanted to make sure the job was done right before leaving. I felt I was dealing with people with honesty, integrity, and care. Thank you, Delta T!

Delta T did a great job as usual. I had a pesky problem that needed to be fixed. They ran it down and performed the repairs as needed in a professional and timely manner as always. Noah was very thorough, precise, and professional with everything he did.
