I would HIGHLY recommend Carolina Air Repair! Amazing customer service and turn around! I work for a local builder and Travis is my point of contact. Every time I call him, he usually has a crew on-site within 24-48 hours.

Great place, great people ,great work, paul is a great tecnition, great person , and he want leave until he checks everyrhing. If you need someone ask for him. The people are so nice and they know their stuff

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We needed a completely new HVAC system, including new ductwork under the house. Got quotes from several different companies and Carolina Air Repair came in with the best price and got us the quote and financing options back quickly. Travis and the office staff were very friendly and patient explaining all our options to us and making sure we were satisfied with our choice. Once we decided on a unit, they were able to get started within just a week or so and got the entire job done in just two days. The entire time Travis, Ryan, Josh, and the whole crew couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Afterwards they came out to inspect everything and make sure we were satisfied with the job, which we definitely were! I'm so glad I decided to get a quote from them because it literally saved us thousands of dollars and the customer service is top-tier. We'll be using them for all our HVAC needs from now on.

Mike was great. We had a CO2 leak in our house were we had to shut the gas off in 20 degree weather. He came within an hour of calling to diagnose the issue ( bad heat exchanger). He got it ordered, let us know it was under warranty, got it fixed quickly and got it done way under cost. I highly recommend Mike and his company. We will be forever customers!

Our AC quit and with in an hour I called Carolina Air Repair, they dispatched out Chad, who is awesome btw, and he got us up and running within an hour of calling. The service they provide is top notch. They have found forever loyal customers. Thank you again!!

Had a great experience with Cody and Anthony from Carolina Air Repair! They were both extremely prompt with their arrival, Cody was quick to diagnose the issue and Anthony came back and installed the new motor just as fast! Thank you Cody for tolerating our annoying barking dogs and thank you Anthony for patiently waiting for us to get back home so you could get the job done! And can’t leave out Hailey, whose correspondence was tremendously helpful and humble! I would not recommend ANY other HVAC company other than Carolina Air Repair! They deserve way more than 5 stars, but that’s all they’ll let me give! Haha thanks guys, you rock!

Mario was amazing, tackled the issue and was sure it was situated before he left.

This company placed a new HVAC system into the home we were moving into. Installation took longer than expected because of issues with the thermostat, but that was fine we just wanted to make sure it worked before we stayed the night with our children. We came the next day to unload and it was not working properly, we called in an emergency work order through the Carolina Air repair and our rental company who sent us an email that the order has been excepted by Carolina Air repair and someone would be out soon. This morning although the “cool” mood was set it was blowing HOT air. We woke up to the house being at 99 degrees!!! Again put calls in to both places, our rental company has been very responsive but we still have not heard from Carolina Air repair and no one has been back to look at the “NEW” unit they installed!!!

Carolina Air Repair did an excellent job installing by new heating and air conditioning unit. The staff have all be friendly and courteous and it was installed in a timely manner. CJ and Red were friendly, polite and did an excellent job installing the unit. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Can't say enough good things about this company! First time using their service at Powell Livestock and couldn't be happier. Prices were excellent, they were very timely in every aspect. I have to say that Carolina Air Repair, who I just started using on my jobs recently, is on top of their game. Prices are fair and reasonable. Their communication is impecable. Work is clean and on time. I'm impressed! I highly recommend Carolina Air Repair!
