I have been having problems with my AC unit and had no idea what the issue was. I called and they were able to come out same day and figured the problem out quickly. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend calling them if you have any HVAC issues.

I first had another company come out. They added refrigerant to my system without explaining how bad the leak was. $1300 and 24 hours later I had no air condition again. I found Peak Service on Thumbtack.
Brandon came out here and heard my story and discussed some options. We ultimately decided to do a repair which I was told by other bigger companies can't be done. They of course wanted me to replace my unit. Brandon went to work. Discussed what he was going to do. Brandon very clearly told me "If your air condition isn't working when I'm done, I'm not charging you". Good news for both of us - he got paid and my air condition is working.
I was looking at paying anywhere between $4000 and $13000 to either replace a coil or replace my unit. The coil was fine. Brandon found a leak that wasn't on the coil and fixed it.
I was going to be excited if today cost under $1500. It didn't even come close. The price was outstanding. The service was amazing. Brandon was absolutely pleasant.
These are my guys now. Hands down. I will never call another big company. -

I booked online with short notice. They text you when the tech is on their way to provide services booked. Brandon was reliable and professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend and will continue using their services in the future.
