What a scam! This crew came out to my 4200 sq ft house and were “done” in 2h. What I was initially promised was nowhere near of what the outcome was. From not vacuumed floors to dirty countertops. I could go on, but pictures speak louder than words, which I took and sent to the owner trying to address the issues with the owner and she was rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I got them for our daughter and son in law who are new parent to give them one less this to worry about doing. We absolutely love the professionalism and the great quality of cleaning house smells so good and so clean, so happy they absolutely wonderful, wish they lived in VA I would use them myself 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Crystal is absolutely amazing! I own my own cleaning business and just wanted to experience a maid service for my home and I must say Crystal is awesome! Crystal paid attention to detail, treated my home as if it was her own! She asked very thorough questions during my consultation asking me what smells may or may not bother my home (most services don’t bother)! Crystal was on time, extremely professional & most of all very kind and non judgmental! I definitely will be booking her in the near future! FIVE STARS CRYSTAL!

I thought everything was good when she said I didn’t have to walk down the stairs to lock the door, but nothing was fixed that I asked to be fixed when she asked me if everything looked good now moving into the home I’m finding that so much is still dirty. The outside of the toilets is still dirty. The showers still have pink grime at the drains. The stove was still dirty. I end up cleaning it out and everything that was still in there when she left ended up coming up, not to mention the bottom of my stove is now completely ruined because the paint was chipped off, which I was willing to ignore though you said you would avoid during the walk through, until I realize that the stuff that was still in my stove, could’ve easily came up. The refrigerator and freezer still had dirt on the sides. My sink was never cleaned as asked. The bottom of the sink wasn’t clean either. I could go on and on and I’m not even a picky person. I’m pregnant so I hired someone to help me in my move in clean and possibly during postpartum but this is very disappointing. I wanted to give back to the community, but I feel robbed. Floors were vacuumed very nice and mopped very well though.
