These guys did a great job !!! On time, very thorough ,but also took the time to explain the details!!! Love that this company is family owned and operated !!! The guys did a great job at not destroying our yard as well !!! Highly recommend !!!

Had an emergency at our home. Guys we’re out here within an hour! Unfortunately they had to locate and dig for the septic tanks but found and fixed our issue quickly! Amazing guys would definitely recommend!

The guys were so friendly and fast! They were also cheaper then the other 5 companies I called in fayettville! Highly recommend them! I called them Wednesday around lunch time and they were out within 2 hours!

I called Belton’s on a Tuesday night after my wife called to inform me while I was working that our downstairs toilet was bubbling and had started overflowing water on the floor. Belton to the rescue! Recently purchased a home and was told the septic had been cleaned. But, surprise! Everything was backing up into the house a year later. I called Belton and told them what was going on. They said they would be here in 30 minutes. The guys were super friendly and helpful. They were extremely compassionate to me since I was very upset. I will recommend and use them over and over again. Thank you guys!!!!

I was in a emergency situation with my drains backing up. The home warranty had me waiting 3days for someone to come out and then they sent the wrong person (A Plumber) That couldn’t help us. I called Bleton-Jones and they fit me right in and was here within 3hrs. Very professional young men. Mark and Josh we’re outstanding! So happy I called the right company! Highly recommend!!

Belton-Jones is definitely one of the most professional and competent companies that I've had the pleasure of meeting. Belton-Jones Septic Service came to service/inspect my septic tank due to back up. I had the tank serviced 3 weeks ago by another local company and apparently they did not complete the job. Matthew from Jones Septic came in the next day, with his assistant and immediately identified the problem which was a dirty filter. As soon as he pulled the filter the tank started to drain, he cleaned the filter and service the tank all within 45 minutes. I was completely amazed at the two gentlemen professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. The price was extremely reasonable and fair. another rare finding these days. I would definitely recommend this company for ALL your septic work!!!!! Thank you so much for your integrity, professionalism and outstanding service! HDB

Ridiculous. Selling my home and paid to have the septic pumped and inspected. They were quick to get payment but refused to give me a receipt. They just stopped taking my calls. Go elsewhere!

Matt and Mark were in and out in 20 minutes or less. They were polite and professional. Did I mention same day service!

I had my septic tank cleaned by Belton Jones Septic on December 21st. My tank is still full on January 28th. Caled the company back and was told they only do one side. Did not let us know about the other side. Spoke with a VEry rude lady that said it was our responsibility to ask.After trying to speak cordially she was still rude and no help. Will not ever use again and do not recommend because of customer service. Low class.

These guys are fantastic. Before I even gave them a call, I thought I wasn't going to have anyone come out and drain my septic. Maybe an hour after I called they showed. They introduced themselves, very polite and professional. Took them no time at all to drain the septic and its super affordable. I will always be a customer of theirs. I definitely recommend them.

Great company I highly recommend them to any and everyone who asks me about any type of septic tank work. The brothers Mark and Matt are great guys to be around and take pride in what they do. I have seen alot of company's do the bare minimum required to get the job done but never these guys always 100%. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to send all my customers to them.

I called this morning around 10am to ask if they had any appointments for service anytime soon. My toilets were bubbling when we showered and the plumber said the septic tank was blocked or full. The gentleman who answered got my info and said they would be out today after 2. They came at 3:40 and just left at 4:05. They are super friendly and very helpful. The price was also really good. I was so worried it would cost a huge amount! I definitely recommend them!!
