The owner Michael is the second nicest contractor I’ve ever worked with. The nicest is Patrick who works with him. I’ve had multiple contractors out to my house for other projects and I had 4 electricians bid on this project to wire up my outdoor sauna - Onsite / Michael were the only ones to give me multiple options, talk through my future goals, and they didn’t try to scare me into paying more like some others I had on the project. It was a conversation, not a sleazy sales pitch.

Out of every contractor I’ve ever had out - they stand out for their competence, honesty, and customer service mindset.

Patrick installed my project. He did an incredible job and was very flexible and professional. We expected visible wire for this project based on the original quote but he hid everything. He also installed an extra outlet for me even though I didn’t ask and didn’t pay more for it - he could just tell I needed it and made it happen. He was a genuinely great person to talk to and I’ll always appreciate the extra outlet when I’m in my yard relaxing.

This team from Michael to Patrick to even Jenny who scheduled it are incredible. I couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re like me installing a sauna in Raleigh or need anything else, I’d recommend just saving your time… go right to Onsite.

I have a rental property in Cary, and Onsite Electrical recently replaced the panel. They did an outstanding job. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the entire project in the same day—which truly exceeded my expectations. I was incredibly grateful to have this taken care of so smoothly, especially right before the holidays.

Wow! Michael was fantastic. He came out, diagnosed the problem, told me how to fix it and also offered to fix it for me if I can get the parts—it’s a 25 year old hot tub, so parts are a challenge to find. He charged me nothing! Can’t say enough nice things about this company!

Joel was exactly on time. He was affable and efficient. He reviewed the requirements of the job, prepared an estimate and got right to work. Joel updated one electrical outlet and installed another in a new location. I’m very pleased with the job and would highly recommend Joel and Onsite Services to my neighbors.

Patrick was my electrician. I could not have asked for a more honest professional, friendly, polite and detailed oriented person to work with. He made several suggestions that not only saved money but also offered a better way to do the job. He also found a couple things we were not aware of that also needed attention. He was on time and communicated with me during the entire process will not only use Onsite Electrical Services again but will request Patrick.

Patrick Lyon did a great job. He arrive on time (early!) and completed the work on time. When he found something that needed fixing he gave options. I would recommend Patrick and Onsite Electrical to anyone. (Michael Pearce is excellent too!)

Their electrician came to the house right on time, was a polite friendly guy, got right to work installing a new ceiling light and finished it in about 30 or 45 minutes. I highly recommend this company for electrical projects. My wife and I are seniors who just cant haul ladders into the house and climb them anymore. We really liked the Christianity conversation with the man too.

Tech Joel Jackson did a great job assessing our lighting needs and was extremely patient and informative with older customers who are not tech savvy. He researched and found the right security doorbell that is compatible with our TV. Our old fluorescent garage lights were traded out for LED lights that are bright again. The landscape lights really accentuate our home and landscape beautifully. We highly recommend Onsite Electrical Services and Joel for his expertise delivered in a very professional and polite manner.

This is the 3rd time that I have gone with Onsite Electrical. They are quick to setup an appointment and complete the work. In my most recent experience, the electrician (Joel) wired up a transfer switch for my backup generator. He did a fantastic job and fast! Got it all done and everything is working great, just in time for the winter storm.

Patrick was great with the installation of my much needed foyer light fixture. Great attention to detail and cautious with the new fixture. He handled a massive ladder with no problem.
