Nathan at All Connect Electric did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His work was professional, efficient, and done with great care. I really appreciated his attention to detail and reliability. I would highly recommend Nathan and All Connect Electric to anyone needing electrical work.

All Connected Electric is simply the best! Brandi was prompt and friendly getting everything scheduled. Nathan came out same day to provide an estimate which was competitive price-wise. He even came out on a Saturday to do the full day's work (8 ceiling fans, including one specialty fan, and an EV charger outlet in the garage). They were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. They've also coordinated for the inspections for the charger and reimbursement from Duke Energy. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they will definitely be our call for any electrical work.

Nathan Hansen of All Connected Electric recently repaired electrical work in my kitchen and gave me an estimate for future projects. I highly recommend him. He was extremely flexible in working within my timing parameters. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain the solution to me. In discussing future projects, Nathan made very helpful suggestions and was patient in answering my many questions. I will post another review when that’s finished.

I will admit I was postponing this work because I couldn’t remember the electrician who came out in March to help me with my outdoor outlets. Once I figured it out, texted the company, and they not only came out to address my previous issue but gave me a competitive price on installing the new EV charge unit! Nathan (my tech) is amazing and did the work fast and professionally, walking me thru all the steps including how to file for reimbursement from Duke Energy.

I’ve used Royal now for a couple of jobs (most recently Rudy) and each time they have been punctual, communicative, friendly and professional. They are also upfront about their pricing which has (in my opinion) been fair for each of the jobs they’ve done for me. I highly recommend them for your next job!

My wife and I had 2 led mirrors to be installed & Rudy was great! He was on time and professional. He helped with measuring and getting the brackets right. He is a good person and I recommend this company because of him. Salute

This a second time we used Royal Electrical Services. They again were professional, great communication on arrival time and fixed our issue.

He came in. He did a thorough inspection. He was able to install the fan. It works properly. They are great at what they do. Service was amazing and he had great hospitality with his services. Highly recommend them.

Royal Electric service was exceptional. From the first call to the final salutation, communication was clear and very informative. Eddie was prompt on the dot to his stated arrival time. He is a very knowledgeable electrician and advised solutions for various concerns around the property. New breaker and outdoor circuit installation was completed on time and at a fair price. I’m very happy with the professional quality of the conduit routing, receptacle location and weatherproofing components. The team was very pleasant to talk with and they even took time to play with the dog to calm him down. Overall Royal Electric provided an A+ experience from start to finish.

Extremely professional fast turnaround we were having major issues with power going out on one side of the house the electrician diagnosed the issue ordered the part and fixed it in a timely matter would use again. The picture below is the breaker that blew out this is replaced fast and now we no longer have to issue

Carlos came out and he was awesome. Super friendly guy. Diagnosed the issue I was having in about 10 minutes. Besides that he pointed out options for my fuse box that I wasn’t aware of that were much more affordable/doable than I anticipated. Highly recommend.

Rudy and Carlos were awesome. They installed the electrical to a pool chiller for us this time, but have previously done some other electrical work around our home. Today they were determined to get the job done, even though it's crazy hot outside!! They are always very quick to respond to outreach, quick to come out to check out what we need done and provide a quote, and then very quick and thorough to get the job done. I had a great experience with Royal Electric! Alejandro came out and replaced my kitchen light. He is very kind and professional - such a nice young man! He messaged me right before he got here so I could try to corral my noisy dogs. He did a great job installing my light and cleaned up after the job. I will happily call Royal Electric for any future electric needs, and recommend them to friends/family in the area.

I called Rudy after hours and he talked me through the possible issue we were having, and scheduled someone to come out at 8am the next morning. Alejandro showed up exactly at 8 and got to work replacing our meter box. The work was done super professionally and accurately. We got an inspection and the power back on before 1pm. Such an amazing experience working with these guys. I highly recommend them!
