Dane and Alex arrived on time, and explained the process of installing the standby generator they were delivering. Both men were very courteous and professional, and took great care placing the generator and minimizing damage to the yard. Excellent representatives of Tidal Electric.

Did not show up for two scheduled appointments, with no communication on either one.
Edit: Tidal’s response is not correct. There was no communication on the first missed scheduled visit until I called the office. At that point you rescheduled and missed the appointment again. And there was no communication on that 2nd missed appt.

Very professional, very knowledgeable and very nice people to work with...
I have used them twice in the past year to update lighting in my townhouse. Both times the estimator came out within a day of my request. The estimate was accurate and reasonable.
A convenient time for the work scheduled and the electricians arrived perfectly on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner. I was kept informed of their progress and the changes were demonstrated to me before they left... No surprises, excellent work and very nice people..
