Easy to schedule appointment. Electrician arrived on time and was easy to talk to about our situation. Completed the work around our kids needing internet for school (couldn’t cut the power). Will use again.

Sold me a surge protector that the warranty directly stated didn't cover the device they said it would; didn't call when they came to remove it and tripped the main panel causing me to lose unsaved work on my computer (was working at home). Best part, tech acts like I shouldn't be upset because he could have been killed.

Set an appt. and they were on time, explained pricing well, and efficient. Charles and Larry were the techs that came out. They went right to work and got the job done. Charles was also clear on what the problem was as well as the different prices for the different repair options. Would recommend to anyone.
