Roberto and his crew were professional, considerate of requests that arise as the project was underway and utilized initiative to make things work. I had 15 trees cut down (supposed to be 16) from very large and tall Poplars to dead Maples. Roberto and his men impressed me with their teamwork. Then, in all the work loading my trailer to carry the brush to our dump I missed that he didn't cut down one smaller tree he had contracted for. Additionally (before they left) as I was cleaning up I found they had dropped a large limb onto my 16' garage doors stored nearby which structurally damaged them all. I was very disappointed they didn't tell me about this on their own as they had to remove the limb from the panels and the damage was very obvious. So even as Roberto promised to address this, he never returned or contacted me again and even left the one smaller tree standing. The doors are expensive to replace, and I was very disappointed he didn't live up to his promises as otherwise I was very satisfied with his work and crew.

I hired JJ and his crew to remove 2 dead trees and clear about 1.5 acres of fallen limbs, brush, etc from our property. JJ wrote us up a detailed contract outlining the scope of work and we approved it. He arrived with his team the next day and went to work. I was extremely pleased with the entire project. The tree removals went off without a hitch, and his team was professional and incredibly hard working... it was a hot and sweaty day to be out there and the bugs weren't being kind, but they didn't stop until early evening, after the job was completed and fully cleaned up.
I'll also mention that it was a pleasure working with JJ. He communicates professionally and is just a really good guy... you'll definitely keep him in your contacts for the next time you need help with your trees (or the multitude of other projects he can help you with).
Lastly I'll just mention that I am his first review because I actually helped him get listed on Google Maps! So if you're seeing only my one review right now, please don't be concerned... he's been doing this since 1992.

Its July 2025 and its the hottest July since 2011 with record breaking heat and JJ and his crew cut down 10 100ft trees with some of the trees being an arms distance to my house. Exceptional skill and business and I highly recommend.

Today was the first day for lawn treatment this year. Anderson, my regular tech, greeted me and explained that he was spreading preemergent for weeds. Looking forward to spring and green grass!

Jacob stopped by today to perform some services today and was very courteous and did a great job! He’s the reason we have been with Fairway Green for over ten years.

When I first started my plan with Fairway Green several years ago, I was happy with the way my lawn looked. The technicians explained the treatments they were applying at each visit and took their time to do a thorough job. In the rare instances I had a weed issue between treatments, the company was quick to send someone out to address the problem. Unfortunately the level of service has dropped significantly. To be blunt, my lawn looks like crap. I have weeds growing all over, including crabgrass (which should have been addressed with the preemergent treatment). When I notified Fairway Green of the issues, I really didn’t appreciate the indifferent response of “we will address those weeds at your next service”, or “next time we are in the area”. Recently, I have noticed very short visits from the techs (we have security cameras), and have serious doubts that the treatments I paid for were done/done properly. My neighbor, who I originally recommended use Fairway Green, called to complain that one visit included spraying just a small strip between our houses, at which point the tech left. Guess what? Still had to pay for the treatment, and no revisit. You have lost me as a customer and most likely will lose the other accounts in my neighborhood as well. Do better!

Have been using Fairway Greens for a couple years. Our lawn looks better and each year. Jesus goes that little extra each time to address any problem areas or gives us a heads up if he see anything

You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their job. Highly recommend!

Just moved to a new neighborhood and met Tyrese a few weeks ago. He was treating yards here, we got to talking and he gave me the office phone number, I set up yearly service (7 treatments) and Tyrese was out this morning to treat our yard, very friendly and courteous. Thx for your service!
