I called Ron and he helped ease my concern over the phone but also sent a team member over to assist. Blake arrived on the scene and set me straight. Systemize irrigation is the finest irrigation maintenance company we have ever dealt with. We first met Ron when we were having trouble with our system and our usual company didn’t bother to show up for the job. We called multiple companies, and Ron was the only one to return our call (the same day). He came out and did the work that week. We’ve used systemize ever since. Over the years they’ve done some difficult jobs for us, including fixing a completely ripped out zone by a careless landscaper, and repairing damage from a fallen tree which destroyed our backflow (the same landscaper). Over the years the operation has grown, and Ron has hired some really good and really kind folks. Ron will always be the master, though. We always look forward to seeing him. Systemize is the best irrigation company in town, and beyond that one of the best businesses in the triangle. We can recommend them with no reservations.

I had to make sure to give Ron and his team a positive rating! We inherited a very neglected irrigation system when we purchased our home last September. We had two different companies come out over the fall to fix varies issues. Both companies prices seemed off compared to what we paid before relocating and their service was nothing above and beyond to make up for the high prices. Finally, we just decided to turn the system off for the winter and start again in the spring. Thankfully I came across a Facebook post recommending Systemize Irrigation and decided to give them a try. Ron and his team did a HUGE (and frustrating) job for us. Drove to our home to meet with our hardscaper to assess the irrigation, completed a HUGE job of relocating the main pipe under our driveway, fixed the MANY existing irrigation repairs, and then some. His team even came BACK out when a root broke another main line even though it wasn't in the original scope of work. Ron is honest, fair, knowledgeable, and professional even when dealing with a very old and neglected system. We will only be calling Systemize Irrigation for future services! They are keepers.

I got a couple of quotes after my back flow failed inspection and systemize was prompt and gave me a much lower number. It was a fantastic experience for a not ideal situation. Blake was my service technician and he was patient and willing to answer all my questions. After the back flow was fixed I decided to upgrade my control panel and one of my sprinkler heads. This is a huge upgrade for the difficult coverage areas in my yard. I would recommend Systemize to anyone looking for irrigation services.

I have a used house that is all new to me that had a broken watering system and I had no idea how to figure out what issues it had. The guy that came was great! Very knowledgeable and had it all fixed and working in a few hours. Well worth the money I spent to have them come diagnose and fix it. Great job guys!

Ron and his team are simply amazing. Here’s my experience when I had to replace my backflow preventer:

After searching online, I contacted a highly-rated company in the Triangle area. They mentioned that the diagnostic fee would be waived if I chose them for the repair. However, when they came out, they quoted me nearly $3300, even though I knew the part costs around $400. After negotiating, the final price was $2420. I decided to just pay their service fee ~$75 and look for other options.

I went to Ewing Irrigation in Apex and found the part for $384 plus tax. While there, I asked if they knew anyone who could help with the replacement, and I met Eric from Systemize Irrigation. He gave me his manager Ron’s card.

I called Ron and was immediately impressed by his professionalism, honesty, and confidence. Within a couple of days, he sent Blake, a young but efficient technician. Blake replaced the part and checked my entire 9-zone sprinkler system in about an hour. Their service was not only excellent but also much cheaper than the other companies I had considered.

I highly recommend Systemize Irrigation. They offer great workmanship and are great people to deal with.
