Eric B. did an excellent job installing a chandelier in my home.

He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the task at hand. Once the chandelier was hung, Eric made sure everything was secure and working.

He also cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of work and would definitely recommend Ace for any home projects.

Bradley, the Ace Hardware Handyman Service craftsman showed up at my house at the agreed to time on January 7 to repair a hole and other woodpecker damage to my home's siding and trim at the top of one of the gables on our house. After we both looked at the damage, we agreed that the best option was to patch and paint the damaged areas. The original plan was to replace the damaged wood trim and paint to match. However, that trim had an artificial wood grain on it, and it would have caused some delay in finding and procuring matching materials. As it turned out, the patch and paint job that Bradley did more than met our needs. He did an excellent job and left no trace that he had been here other than the desired results of his work.

We cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from Gerry M. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient in our repair. He was also warm and friendly. We will certainly call on him again with future needs!

In September 2025 we needed a repair of a rotting subfloor next to the door leading to our deck. We called Ace Handyman and couldn't have been more pleased. Hope, who answered the call, was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. Justin then provided an onsite consult to determine the estimate and the job was scheduled for 7 days later. Justin & his assistant Isaiah arrived on time and explained the process as they proceeded with the work. Justin was very accommodating with my requests and the work was completed in a timely manner. We could not be more pleased with the work and highly recommend this service. We have another project scheduled and look forward to working with Justin and Ace Handyman again.

Chandler was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Originally hired Chandler to pay tile for us and he did a great job but then got him to come back and make a flooring repair for us as well. Did an outstanding job on both. Will absolutely recommend him to everyone.

We contracted with Ace Handyman Services Greater Triangle and Johnston County to replace an existing patio door and convert a set of French doors in our breakfast nook to a bay window in our home in the Planter's Walk neighborhood in Knightdale. TJ, Artem, Eric, and Hope were wonderful to work with and very attentive and responsive to our needs and schedule. All of our concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. We have used Ace Handyman Services on several projects and will continue to do so. You should too!

Justin Allen came out to fix two doors and a leak in another. When he arrived he was very personable and pleasant and carefully assessed our situation. He then clearly outlined his strategy to help us fix our issues in a timely way.He was very knowledgeable about our problem and immediately applied his professional skills to fixing our door problems. His craftsman skills were excellent and our problems were no longer an issue. Justin is the friendliest and most knowledgeable and skilled handyman we've ever used. I used Ace for the first time to assemble bunk beds. Gerry and Justin were awesome! They were personable, professional and did great work! They were even able to shave a couple hundred dollars off the original estimate as they finished early.

Gerry and Chandler were very polite to my whole family and showed a lot of patience and careful planning throughout the entire project. We are all very happy with their installation job and would call them in the future to do any other jobs in our home. Their workmanship skills are at a high level.

TJ and Dustin did an outstanding job installing a special type of pulldown attic staircase in my garage. They arrived exactly when expected, worked efficiently and finished early, with removal of all trash. I will definitely contact ACE Handyman Services again when I need a project completed.

We were very happy with Gerry’s work! He replaced some siding that was rotted and painted to match our house color. He also did some drywall repairs in our master bathroom. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was going to do in detail.

Easy to schedule with ACE. Craftsmen were reliable and skilled in many areas. Worked in our house to mount shelves, TV’s, towel bars, Ring devices, etc as well to level and trim interior doors & more. Worked hard for multiple hours over 2 days. Would recommend.

We had a great experience with Eric B, who installed removable plexiglass window covers and a new storm door on our screened-in porch. Eric was timely, thorough, and did a high-quality job while patiently answering our many questions. He also was able to provide us some tips and ideas for future home improvement projects, which was greatly appreciated as we refurbish a 40-year old house!

Had a great experience with Bradley from Ace Handyman Services. Needed an outside people door installed in our garage. From the very beginning with the first contact through the process to the end Communication, and Professionalism was top notch. So good in fact we are getting a quote to do our 2 tile floors. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Ace Hardware Handyman Services. Both times Eric B completed my job request, and I was completely satisfied. Some of the services included extensive drywall repair/priming, exterior faucet repair, installation of window blinds,, installation of new shower head with handheld option, and Google doorbell installation. I appreciate the pre-communication regarding an accurate cost estimate. I also can’t say enough about the quality of work delivered by Eric B and his professional, pleasant manner. I understand the list of available services is quite extensive, and I will definitely contact them again when I have other project needs. It is a relief to know that I can count on Ace Hardware Handyman to deliver consistent, quality services.

I was so happy they were able to send someone out right away to get me a quote and then start the process of removing an old shower. Chandler was great. Curious, friendly, and as it turns out a one man show. I would call him Hulk, but that title is already taken. If everyone is like Chandler, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I had a great experience with this company and I would highly recommend them! Chandler was on time- professional- friendly and fast! We had 4 ceiling fans installed, 2 tvs mounted and a tv cabinet put together. Chandler did a fantastic job with everything! Eric showed up in the afternoon to help mount the TVs and also did a fantastic job! I will be using this company again for many more projects to come!

This was our second experience with Ace Handyman Services and it will not be our last :). Bradley was fantastic - punctual, polite, professional and proficient. He listened carefully to all our concerns and provided clear concise answers to each. Thanks to his excellent efforts we now have 1) a patio free of a heavy metal plate that had been bolted into the brick to once support a Gas Grill 2) a door to our Screened Porch that now swings freely and no longer snags on the brick when opening (Bradley found an amazing quick fix for that!) 3) a bedroom door that now latches properly and remains closed instead of swinging open on its own and 4) well in advance of our country's 250th Birthday, an American Flag that now proudly swings from the flagpole that Bradley carefully affixed - along with a Solar Nightlight on the pole - on the upstairs balcony in the front of our home. Thanks Bradley for all those jobs well done!
