Fast response to an emailed quote inquiry. Had the consult, quote was reasonable for two large tree removals & stump grinding. They were prompt on their arrival time, fast with the removal and layered out the remaining mulch. They accept cash and check, but if you do pay with card there is a 3.5% service fee, which was honestly fine by me as the cost of service was good. Just letting other ppl know for reference. Happy with the outcome.

Raleigh Tree Service is an amazing company to work with. I have had multiple trimmings and most recently 2 very large trees removed. Blake and his crews do a wonderful job at a great price. The most recent service was performed at the home that my mother lives in. The whole team was so polite and nice, making sure she stayed safe and informed of what was going on. They have all of the equipment needed to handle any job, arriving with a crane, several mobile devices that can pick up logs, etc...and take them away quickly. IE, this company is not just a group with a chainsaw and a truck...they have it together! The owner is a man of integrity and his team seems the exact same way. I have nothing bad to say...this is definitely an easy 5 star review to give! Not only was the job done on time, but at the cost of the estimate and they took time to clean up the yard, the road, etc...of all debris. If you need anything tree related....I highly recommend Raleigh Tree Service!!!

Will and his team continue to do amazing work! They recently removed 4 very large, very tall pine trees from our property. They displayed great care in minimizing lawn damage and taking care to not damage our 12 food fencing adjacent to all 4 trees removed. They also did an excellent job of clean up and were always timely throughout the process. Prices are reasonable and communication regarding the job was awesome. Raleigh Tree Service is our "go to" tree service!

Will and the Raleigh Tree Service team were incredible. Will came by on a Monday and had the trees gone by Tuesday morning - all at an extremely fair price and with diligent/neat work.

Will's team did a fantastic job cutting down and trimming trees in our yard. They were on time, friendly and professional. When they left there was no evidence that any equipment or workers had ever been there. This was not our first time using Raleigh Tree Service and won't be the last. They can always be counted on to do a superb job.

We had a tree fall down through our fence, and then hang precariously like a teeter-totter. Will came out to give us a quote to remove it. The quote was very reasonable and he did an awesome job cleaning up the mess. Will is such a nice guy, with an honest and direct approach. He found two other dead trees that he explained would be expensive to remove. Instead of pushing for us to pay for an expensive job, he suggested we leave them and it would be cheaper for them to come back out should they fall in the future.
Not many companies would have been that honest. Great company, and Will is just great. We have them coming back to do some other tree work, and have absolute confidence they’ll do a stellar job. Would absolutely recommend you go with this company.

Will & Mike's crew were awesome. Everything from initial contact to finished job was timley and professional. Scheduling, texts, emails, invoicing, payment process, and followup all excellent! Crew was professional and clean up was better than expected. Removed big oak portion over house and cut into log lengths as requested ready for my logsplitter and fireplace! The guys at Raleigh Tree Services went above and beyond and did an excellent Job. First, Mike came out for an assessment and quote, then Will and his team arrived about a week later to take out 11 trees as well as some trimming. They arrived promptly and got started. They were clean, efficient, and took extra care not to damage any of the surrounding landscaping/flowers/etc. As part of the job, we asked them to grind the stumps and again they did more than what was required because they even took out some old stumps (from trees they did not even take down). They also cleaned up and left the job site in absolutely pristine condition. I could not recommend them enough, just a fantastic job.

From the beginning, this company is very organized and communicated with me perfectly! I called during normal working hours and spoke to a wonderful lady who took down my details to give to Mike and Will for the quote appointment. Mike promptly got back to me and set up an appointment time for the quote. He took down notes and photos of the site for the dead tree removal and overgrown vines and tree removal on one of our hills. The quote was a fair price and included an overview, with pictures of the work site and the aerial lift. I was very impressed with how organized everyone and everything was. We immediately signed up with them.
The day of the work, Will gave us a heads up prior to when they would arrive. Will showed up early to go over the work site again. The crew arrived and got to work. Everyone was professional and careful with our property. The operator of the aerial lift even checked to see the squirrel nest in the dead tree was empty. The crew made everything neat and tidy at the end of work and moved their chipper so my neighbor could more easily back out of her driveway. It was very neat to see the skill of everyone from chain saw operation, bobcat operation, organizing everything so the bobcat could get things and watching the stump grinding. Wonderful job and very professional. It was quite obvious that everyone was very experienced and had a great work ethic. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent job removing several large trees that were leaning towards the house. Of particular note, was the attention to detail, protecting the lawn from machinery (they put down thick plywood), and made sure the property was cleaned thoroughly. I also asked them if they could remove a debris pile that day, and for a very reasonable fee, took care of it. They went the extra mile and even replaced the patio furniture that we moved without asking. Awesome! Highly recommend!!

Raleigh Tree Service did an excellent job with our tree removal and trimming project. Will was very patient with us and talked us through many possible scopes before we landed on which trees we would remove. The job lasted 3 days and the crew was professional, kind and very skilled. Everyone in the neighborhood was impressed with how they leveled the crane on our very steep street! We would definitely use Raleigh Tree Service again.

Will, Andrew, Michael and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with- a large dead tree needed to be removed from our front yard before it caused more damage, and they got us into their schedule quickly and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I’d like to say Thank You to the Raleigh Tree Service team! I would recommend this company to anyone that has trees that need to taken down. I originally spoke with Mike and we did a walkthrough in my backyard. We discussed taking the trees out, cutting them to length so they can be hauled, and stump grinding. There were about 25 trees in total but mostly it was 40+ tall pine trees that needed to be gone. The process they had in place worked seamlessly from beginning to end. Their communication from schedule date, access to the backyard and how the crew was going to fall, cut, and haul the trees off was perfect. I really enjoyed watching the process overall and Will (owner) was very professional and takes pride in the work his crew does. They cleaned up the backyard and the street after they were done, which you couldn’t even tell they were here. I added some before and after pictures for representation. Thank you Raleigh Tree Service for everything!

Great experience all around. Will is prompt and communicative throughout the process. He came out to inspect a dying tree, took the time to answer all my questions and sent a proposal that same afternoon. Andrew and his crew were on time and efficient. They took care to avoid damage to other plants, fence and structure. Left the yard and driveway cleaner than when they started. ;-)

Will and his team were awesome - professional, efficient, and communicative. They were working on a neighbor's large trees and helped us with some of ours in the process. They confirmed where the machinery would be, were very respectful of everyone's property, and did a fabulous job cleaning up from the yard to the street. Highly recommend.

After hearing my neighbor, who is very particular about his yard and landscaping, rave about Raleigh Tree Service I can now appreciate his claims. As a new customer to Raleigh Tree Service I can’t say enough good things about the company and their incredible team. From the moment they arrived and until the job was done the crew was attentive and caring to all my landscaping concerns. We had four large trees next to our house which were also very near to some ornamental trees my wife and I planted decades ago. As you may know some tree cutting companies actually “rent” a boom truck or crane so a tree can be dismantled from the top down, rather than just dropping it. That said, I’ve seen too many crane accidents videos on Youtube to trust an operator that occasionally rents a crane. Fortunately for any one selecting Raleigh Tree Service they own and operate their own personal Grapplesaw crane providing the safest and most efficient method of tree removal . Coming from a construction background I was able to appreciate the high level of skill and dexterity necessary to safely operate such a piece of equipment. After watching them work many hours I can happily report not a single ornamental tree or shrub was damaged in any way. All in all, a wonderful job by a very professional and experienced crew who demonstrated great work ethics and concern for customer satisfaction. Just like my neighbor, I also have no reservations in recommending Raleigh Tree Service to anyone!
