Phoenix Cleaning Solutions did a superb job on my old, pretty rugs! Kept me advised, came on time, so glad to have them back, all cleaned and lovely.

The Technician was great. Informative, professional, and courteous. So far, the carpet areas look good. We'll give the time needed to completely dry and properly evaluate.

Great service from appointment setting to service at the house. I have a Mom with dementia which makes her difficult to deal with at times so I provide instructions to make the experience good for her as well as the professionals coming to the house. The house has and had many semi feral cats whose use of the litter is optional and “brown packages” are often located behind the recliners. I chose to clean rather than replace the carpet as I don’t trust the cats not to continue their “deliveries”. The before and after is much more obvious in person but I am very pleased with the work that was done and the understanding and extra help provided as I am alone trying to help my mom while setting the room up for them to clean. Will def call them again when I try to tackle the other rooms. (First three photos before, last 2 after). That black stain I finally learned is a burn mark from a space heater now removed from house (hence it not being able to be removed by cleaning).
