Phoenix Cleaning Solutions did a superb job on my old, pretty rugs! Kept me advised, came on time, so glad to have them back, all cleaned and lovely.

The Technician was great. Informative, professional, and courteous. So far, the carpet areas look good. We'll give the time needed to completely dry and properly evaluate.

Great service from appointment setting to service at the house. I have a Mom with dementia which makes her difficult to deal with at times so I provide instructions to make the experience good for her as well as the professionals coming to the house. The house has and had many semi feral cats whose use of the litter is optional and “brown packages” are often located behind the recliners. I chose to clean rather than replace the carpet as I don’t trust the cats not to continue their “deliveries”. The before and after is much more obvious in person but I am very pleased with the work that was done and the understanding and extra help provided as I am alone trying to help my mom while setting the room up for them to clean. Will def call them again when I try to tackle the other rooms. (First three photos before, last 2 after). That black stain I finally learned is a burn mark from a space heater now removed from house (hence it not being able to be removed by cleaning).

I had 3 expensive wool area rugs cleaned to the tee! Jim and his team are very thorough, accommodating, and professional!! I cannot be happier with the way they turned out. My little dogs had urinated on these rugs and they smelled soooo bad, but after Jim’s enzymatic treatment/cleaning these rugs smell and look brand new! Thank you Phoenix Cleaning Solutions!

We had a carpet cleaning guy for years that was truly a wizard when it came to all things carpet cleaning. He was the absolute best. Then he retired. But he recommended these folks so we gave him a try. Fantastic customer service. Super nice guys. Did a great job!

The rug shrunk a little, but it's a wool rug, so to be expected! The rug looks excellent!! They were able to remove significant pet stains! Customer service is exceptional! Picked up and delivered service provided. Took 7 weeks, which is what they told us to expect. Delivered on time! The only recommendation I have is that if they do a porch drop off, they should consider wrapping the clean rug in plastic. Minor detail. Would highly recommend Phoenix Rug Cleaning!!

Our wool rug came back looking great, one small old stained remained as was expected but much improved. Great professional service, pickup and delivery. I would definitely use them again.

Amazing job on the carpets, shower tile, and upholstery. This is my third time using Phoenix and will absolutely do it again. They were able to get out really challenging stains on dining chairs and our rugs during their first visit. Second time I had them clean outdoor cushions, two other rugs, a chair, and our shower tile. For the third time, couches and chairs. Very happy with the service, communication, and guys were super friendly.

Bill did an amazing job. The cleaning was even. Last time it was blotchy So far I’m pleased. He got the stains out of the carpet that were left. He took all the cushions back to the shop to clean them and will bring them back when they are done. Hopefully he will be able to do as good of a job as he did on the couches frames and rug. Thank you for d I by your work and backing what you do. It is totally appreciated.
