We have been using Lifetime Gutter Company to clean our gutters for years and find them to be prompt, professional, and thorough.

Their gutter cleaning service goes beyond just cleaning gutters. They ensure the roof is free of debris first. After the roof and gutters are clean, the driveway, sidewalk and lawn around the perimeter of the house are clean as well.

Professional and right on time. The gutters hadn't been done in over a year. The man spent almost an hour cleaning, followed by blowing and making sure everything on the ground was tidy and clean. I will definitely use them again!!

Work performed was ok, but they kept raising the price they charged... over 100% from original $75 then to $125 then to $160... we do have a two story house but there is only one side that has tree and gutters that need cleaning and their price inflation became too much. Further when I pointed out the price increase they said I was wrong, no price increase.. fact is they quoted me and I paid them what they quoted me... time over time.. until they raised my price too high...note I have yard service that has kept their word and price for mowing my lawn for 15 years... based on customer loyalty

Excellent experience. As a point of contact for The Stafford HOA, we contacted 4 different companies for quotes regarding gutter/wood rot repair. The quote was prompt, competitive and the work was A+. After arriving onsite and removing the rotten wood (which was supposedly "fixed" by a local company months ago), we realized the fascia and wood behind was rotten as well. Shane and his crew dropped everything to remove, replace and finish what became a job that tripled in time. They rehung the gutter at an effective angle after painting and caulking. After working with many different gutter companies, any experience with Lifetime speaks for itself - now our HOA go-to.

I having been using Lifetime Gutter for about two years now. I always had a problem with previous companies not cleaning up after they had cleaned the gutters. Lifetime leaves the jobsite spotless. I always appreicate that. I would reccomend them for sure.

Wasn’t sure how to rate them because I guess they did a good job (didn’t go on the roof to check), but here’s the issue. I called this company to get pricing and schedule a date. Never got a response. I called again two days later. Also no response. A guy shows up to my house two days later on 4th of July at 8am saying he was there to clean my gutters. What?! Nobody even called me back from this company. Anyway, I allowed him to clean them and had him call his boss, Shane and of course no answer. I needed an invoice for this work as I am selling my house. Called again for an invoice and yup, no response. This guy obviously doesn’t want to run a business and should just close up. Do yourself a favor and call someone who answers their phone.

Shane has been cleaning my gutters for many years and multiple houses. He is professional and leaves the home with clean gutters…great job with no trace of him being there! Highly recommend!

Worker showed up at my house to clean our gutters and to make sure somebody was at home. I said that we were getting ready to leave and I asked if we can reschedule, because I understood the worker’s statement as the work can’t be completed unless we’re on the property. The worker said to call the office to talk with Shane. My Wife spoke with Shane Hedrick to explain what happened and to reschedule. He then said my Wife is a liar and started cursing. This guy handled the situation with disrespect, impatience, and ignorance. We will never use this unprofessional service again.

Shane has gone above and beyond and came out to repair an original gutter that was installed improperly (not by his company). Even though it wasn’t his responsibility he repaired it with no charge. Great customer service.

I have been using the gutter cleaning service offered by Lifetime Gutter Co. for about 2 years. $65.00 price is fantastic. When I call, the service is performed in the next day or two. The work is quick, efficient and all debris is removed. I am a satisfied customer.

They did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters and we were very pleased with the cost of the service. They cleaned the deck and yard after cleaning the gutters so there were no leave left in our yard. I have been using Lifetime Gutter Company to clean my gutters for at least 5 years. Usually, I am at work when they clean them. Today I was home. Jesus, the Technician was very conscious and thorough spending adequate time to clean the gutters and my roofs of pine straw and leaves. After cleaning the gutters and roofs, he removed all debris he dropped from my lawn, deck and porch. He also took the time to rinse off the black drip lines caused by the cleaning from the face of my gutters that I recently had scrubbed. Thank you.
