I wanted my new condo to be spotless when I moved in, and the ladies of Two Maids & a Mop did just that! Everything was clean clean clean when I walked in, and they obviously took their time and were extremely thorough. They even let me know of a couple of particularly difficult places to clean (water stains), which is very good to know. I especially like that they use hospital-ready products. I'm so pleased I heard about this service, and would definitely recommend them to others. Oh, and did I mention that they were extremely personable as well? Very well done, ladies. Very well done.

Two Maids cleaning service is easy to work with. They did a thorough job on their last visit.

I would Highly recommend Two Maids. They do an amazing job. Genesis has been cleaning our house the last few times and she always goes above and beyond. She is absolutely incredible.

We have been using Pat and Jessica with Two Maids for several months. They do a fantastic job, friendly, professional and always on time. My husband and I can’t say enough about them.

I needed a single bathroom cleaned for my new roommates and they made an appointment very quickly and had it cleaned within 2 days of when I asked. They did a great job and were nice enough to only allow us to pay for a 1 hour job where some other services have a 2 hour minimum making it a lot more expensive. they did a great job!

It's been a couple of years since we have used a maid service as we were not very pleased with our prior one. As business owners that work from home with 2 kids, we cannot seem to find the time to detail clean certain areas of the home. Felicity and Julie did a phenomenal job cleaning all of the places that needed attention. They were communicative, thorough, and very professional. Their end result was a sparkling clean home...until the kids get home. :) Looking forward to our next service and a permanent relationship with Two Maids & a Mop services.

AMAZING!!! Everything was so clean! They even cleaned the light fixtures in the kitchen and the baseboards. If you are ever on the fence on whether or not you want to hire this service let this be a sign! the customer service it top tier and the staff is so friendly. They even left vacuum Iines in our carpet! the toilet paper was even folded in a cute manner. The attention to detail is insane. I never thought I would find a cleaner that would clean my ceilings. They got rid of all spider webs too!

I have been using Two Maids raleigh for about three months now on a biweekly basis and I am thrilled with the service overall. The communication is simple and complete, without being overbearing. The service is reliable. And the pricing is very reasonable in this market. Today was my first day back to work after a week of being out sick, so needless to say my apartment was not looking great when I left this morning. I got home to a sparkling kitchen, freshly made bed, vacuumed floor, a sink without dishes. I am honestly floored by all they got done today given how much of a mess I had left the apartment. Kelly, Felicity and Shadeek were the team who cleaned my apartment today. I know Kelly has also been on previous teams and she really seems to go above and beyond. Truly just great service.

Every person who has come to clean my apartment has been friendly and hardworking. They always ask questions if it’s their first time at my place to see how I like things done. My apartment is always fresh and sparkling when they leave. I work from home and appreciate that they try to be considerate of noise and “being in the way”; which they never are. Jessica and Isabel are both absolutely wonderful as are several others who names I wish I remembered!

I had a cleaning for my place with Samantha — she did a wonderful job! I’m so happy to get some extra help keeping my life together with these cleanings every month and I find them to be a good value. I look forward to having her come in the future!

Today we had Genesis come to our home. She was prompt, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Genesis started her time asking for our concerns, which she put at the top of her list as she began working on our two bedroom apartment. She went above and beyond what we asked for, cleaning spaces previous cleaners were unwilling to care for. We were thrilled with her work today and will be requesting her for services going forward!

I had a terrific experience with the maids who cleaned my apartment. One of their names was Wish and I have unfortunately forgotten the other maid name. They were timely, courteous, and very thorough. I work from home and they worked around me accommodating my virtual meeting times (they vacuumed in between my meetings). I look forward to having them clean my apartment again; you have a long term customer thanks to their fantastic service.

Really had a great experience with our cleaners. Our stove top was a total mess, & Chloe worked out & got it shiny clean & spotless. Gracie was not to be beaten - she worked out in the bathrooms & did a wonderful job also. Neither task was easy, but they dug in & excelled. Not to disparage your other employees, but I think that they were the best we have had yet.

Genesis and Pat did a great job and even waited to get a new vacuum to use since the one they were using wasn't working as well as they liked. I always have great experiences with this company 😊

Update Nov 2025: Jayla and Rondell were fantastic and so fast! Hoping to see them again!

I am very pleased overall. They were flexible with my schedule (I had to re-schedule twice) and were able to work around unexpected issues at the house. When one cleaner had to leave due to a family emergency, the manager came and finished the job herself. The house looks great, and I'll definitely consider using the more basic cleaning service once we are settled. I appreciate all the hard work.

3rd and final edit: We have tried other competitors, and have been happiest with this company overall. The team that did such a bad job is no longer with the company. Most recently, we have Elaina and Estephani, and have requested that they be the ones to clean for us from now on. They did a great job, were friendly, and even made my cat and kittens feel comfortable enough to come out and say hi. We gave a very large tip, because our home recently had construction work done and I hadn't cleaned anything at all in a month. It was positively disgusting, and they made everything shine without complaint. I genuinely look forward to having them out again next month.

Editing my review: The deep clean was excellent. When we had them for a scheduled clean, they were here for exactly 30 minutes, and left our house dirtier than it was when they entered it. We were told we would be charged 1/2 the price of $152, but were instead charged $100. We cleaned our own house, and will use a different service in the future.

2nd edit: I wasn't asking for a refund, but I do appreciate it. I also want to stress that the deep clean was very well done.

Both Shannon and Morgan wore masks the entire time they were in our home. They did an excellent job cleaning everything, asked several times if we were happy or wanted them to do anything differently, and were very friendly. We are very happy with the work they did on our deep clean, and will be looking forward to having them back soon!

Two Maids Raleigh has been cleaning my house for over a year. The cleaning has been well done and the one time it wasnt they returned the next day to reclean. I really like how flexible they are and I appreciate how nice my house looks. Today we had Samantha and Kirsten. Samantha has been here before so we knew her work performance was great. Kirsten seems to have the same work performance. Thanks to Two maids Raleigh for providing such a great service!

UPDATE (30 Oct 2024):
I am still having Two Maids clean my house and continue to be happy with their work. Yesterday, we had Anita clean our house and she did a WONDERFUL job! Thanks, Anita for taking care of our house. We appreciate it! And thanks to Two Maids Raleigh for continuing to provide a great service.
