I wanted my new condo to be spotless when I moved in, and the ladies of Two Maids & a Mop did just that! Everything was clean clean clean when I walked in, and they obviously took their time and were extremely thorough. They even let me know of a couple of particularly difficult places to clean (water stains), which is very good to know. I especially like that they use hospital-ready products. I'm so pleased I heard about this service, and would definitely recommend them to others. Oh, and did I mention that they were extremely personable as well? Very well done, ladies. Very well done.

Wouldn't recommend the Design By Time.

Feedback on the service:
I understand I selected a design with time where I had to prioritize the list and what was able to get done would be done in that timeframe. Therefore, I made a list with the prioritized from top to bottom. I printed this list out (send beforehand also) and explain the major items at the top that I wanted to be completed. However, the two young ladies started in the middle of the list. By the time it was the end of the service time, they didn’t do the top of the listed items as I had asked.
They came in and after we chatted they walked right upstairs with their shoes on my carpet. No booties or anything over them.
They told me they finished the kitchen and while I was tidying up last night I saw grime still on the counters and I asked them to clean the front of the cabinets and I found coffee drips that I easily wiped off which was obviously untouched by them.
Lastly, they left one of the bathrooms with gunk on the floor, things out of whack etc. Overall, I am not happy that they didn’t get to what I prioritized as I understood not everything would be done, but I took the time to prioritize what was important to us.

However, the owner was willing to give a re-clean or an hour credit for service down the line.

Two Maids cleaning service is easy to work with. They did a thorough job on their last visit.
