Thank you for the outstanding customer service, from the ease of making a same-day appointment to the right-on-time, courteous service call from Dontae, who resolved the thermostat issue, this was another terrific experience with ARS.

Mr. Abraham was so polite, professional and nice and clean and honest. He work hard and he talks with Nice respectful words. He one of the best technicians I ever met in 27 years… thanks to him my home is warm and my kids are happy. I want mr. Abraham to always service my ac and heater HVAC system…. For now on when I call please let’s try to only get Abraham. He’s the best

The service provider was very friendly and very efficient in taking care of my AC unit. He took all precautions needed to provide care of the unit.Everything was explained to me in detail of any possible changes that may be needed and the cleaning of the unit. Very please with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable , polite and very neat ! He had to go to the crawl space and i was worried about him bringing dirt into the house. But that did not happen! He weared shoe covers without the need of me to ask him. I was impressed! Highly recommend Abraham.

I needed some plumbing and AC work done and called ARS. They were quick, responsive, and clearly explained the issues and potential options to resolve them. The HVAC and plumbing teams arrived early the next day and got right to work; all were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to the plumbers team (Mitch and Ali); a great and friendly team! ARS has also been excellent in following up with local officials and with us to deal with follow-up concerns. I would highly recommend their services.

Jeremiah Cale is the epitome of a class act! His entire demeanor exudes trustworthiness, product knowledge, and great communication skills. Sounds like a well-rounded individual to me! There’s an art to assessing your audience and speaking on their level. No matter your knowledge level, if you can’t communicate to the audience, you’re wasting everyone’s time and energy. Jeremiah possesses the ability to communicate effectively. He took the time and effort necessary to make sure I understood what he knew was necessary for me to get a complete grasp of what all was needed. I thought I needed a water heater replacement. I actually need that, plus the valve and pressure regulator where city drops it off. The exhaust for gas-fired heater was previously installed badly, so I need that. I could bore you with more, but in short, he’s a good, knowledgeable, honest person.

Travis from ARS was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, great attitude, patient and very efficient. ARS showed great communication as they kept in contact via text and they got the job done in under an hour. The price is marked as great due to their $97 promotion currently going on.

This past September I got a Carrier split HVAC system installed. With the dedication to customer service and tenacity, Jeanette Fitzgerald (from ARS) diligently stayed in touch providing and seeking answers to the many questions I had. With her support, I was able to get a top line unit for a great price and am now working again with her to navigate the internal ARS installation department to assist retrieving qualified rebates ($$). Thanks for all of your time and support Jeanette.

Second time back for gas heater not firing up. This technician Brahim found the problem in 5 minutes and removed water buildup from a plugged condensing tube that got missed on our cleaning and inspection appointment prior to having this gas furnace issue But thank you to Brahim for finding the problem with the furnace

The technician that came out was very informative and respectful and he explained to me in a simple way for me to help me with the system HVAC and my options , and making sure why things we happening and showed me as well where the problem lay. So it was a good experience to see someone really wanting you to understand fully what needs to be fixed. Thank you very much.

Same day scheduling was made for an urgent plumbing issue and the problem was quickly identified and temporarily resolved. A follow up appointment was scheduled on the following business day for a permanent fix. All pricing was explained prior to service. I received scheduling reminders as well as courteous calls and texts prior to my appointment. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional.

While out running errands, I called ARS at 1:35p to unclog/ snake a toilet in my home that had been messed up for 1 week, I was told that someone would come to me between 2p and 6p. I continued my errands only to be contacted at 2:23p saying a plumber would arrive in 30 minutes. And to my surprise, plumber Travis Gibson arrived at my home in 12 minutes promptly at 2:40p. He was able to snake my toilet 20 minutes after arrival! He explained everything, was very professional and efficient….all for a very small fee!!!! ARS and Travis have a new fan! :)

I am so impressed by the knowledge of ARS technician Alejandro. He came for one thing and found several issues that would have caused me a lot of bigger issues down the road. He was very patient and explained things that I had questions on.

Daniel the technician who came out this early cold morning was very professional and courteous. He took photos of my unit and said everything seemed to be working fine, and showed what he recommended. He wasn’t pushy trying to upsell products.

ARS installed my heat pump hot water heater and have been very good to work with. They have been incredibly responsive when I raised concerns and have sent technicians out to help when an issue came up. Brian, the rep who sold me the water heater, has been fantastic. I really appreciate the follow-up and desire to make sure that I was having a good experience.

I'm very pleased with every aspect of the service that ARS provided me. They kept me appraised of when to expect the technician, Dale. He was prompt, friendly and informative as he went about his work inspecting my furnace and air conditioner. I would certainly use ARS again.

ARS came out and serviced our HVAC unit. Specifically technician Scott Johnson did an amazing job explaining to us what’s needed to maintain our unit and he serviced it also. Manager Terrence assured us and assisted us as well giving us the satisfaction expected from pleased customers!

The dispatcher called me to let me know that the technician was on his way to my house. He showed up on time and inmediateyl started to cjeck my HAVC System. He then informed me that everything was in good working order. The whole precess took less than an hour. He made some suggestions to improve the safety of the system.
