Had a blocked sewer drain; ARS quickly diagnosed and repaired it. The plumbing work itself was OK, but follow-up was somewhat lacking. It took several attempts to get a proper invoice and documentation of the work done. If the follow-up had been smoother, I would give five stars.

My AC stopped working so I called ARS who sent a tech by the name of Reza Ehteshami who did a diagnostic of my outside hvac unit. He went out looked at it and five minutes later said the condenser compressor motor needed to be replaced OK. Did he did not remove the panel nor did he checked the unit in the attic before making an assumption it was the motor. A second opinion revealed that a voltage check or checking the unit in the attic may not have been done. He did not go to the attic now did he remove the panel from the outside unit. The tech found a blown fuse and a black spot on the motherboard in the attic, please see attached photo. I paid $127 to be told something that wasn’t accurate.
