On Friday, I called this company to have electrical service done at my house. They sent a technician named Derek around 9:30 a.m. I was initially given one price by the office, but after Derek arrived, he immediately quoted me $720 without explaining what the actual issue was.
He ended up staying at my home until about 11:00 p.m., and by the time he left, the total had jumped to around $1,000. Despite the long visit and the high cost, several areas of my house were still without power — including the master bathroom and half of the kitchen. He also left wires exposed on my smoke detector and security alarm system, which is both unsafe and unprofessional.
It was clear that Derek lacked proper knowledge and experience with electrical work because even after all that time, he could not determine what the real issue was. I repeatedly asked for a receipt and an itemized list of services performed and costs, but I never received one. I eventually had to call the office myself to ask what was being done about it.
This was honestly the worst service I have ever received from any professional company. My home was left in worse condition than before the technician arrived. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for qualified, honest, or reliable service.

My experience with a tech by the name of Holden was excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable, very nice and professional! Also quick to answer any questions I had as well as to demonstrate and explain in plain English what was needed to fix the unit ! Great customer service!!!!
