Got an appointment the very next day. The tech found that the capacitor was dead. He replaced it and topped off the coolant. All done in an hour or so. Satisfied with the overall experience! I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great service experience with Icy Hot. My AC went out over the weekend. I called first thing in the morning, and made an appointment for the same day. I received a call later in the day, letting me know they were running late because of some inclement weather we had earlier. When they arrived Frankie introduced himself and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem quickly (bad capacitor), fixed the problem quickly, tested the coolant levels (good), and fixed a leak in the Schrader valve. I felt what I was charges were reasonable. I'm very happy with the service I received.
