Great guy. I was not able to meet technician so I provided a basic description of problem I was experiencing. He took it from there giving me options, pricing, and made it easy to understand. He had A/C cooling in no time which was nice bc it was 100 degrees outside.

We were having an issue with keeping the thermostat set on 73 or 74, but the inside temperature reaching the low 80s on hot (95+) days. The AC would run for 22+ hours per day trying to keep up. Shawn suggested their Full Maintenance service, which we agreed to. In the 10 days after Shawn serviced our AC, our inside temperature has not gone above 75 with outside temperatures reaching the mid-90s to mid-100s, and the AC has been running about 15-16 hours per day (6-7+ hours less).
Shawn was very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient and explained everything he did and found in a way that we could easily understand. We very much appreciate what he did for us and we will not hesitate calling Shawn and Degree Above Heating and Air for any future HVAC issues we may encounter!
