I cannot recommend Call Dad highly enough! From start to finish, their service was outstanding. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process.

What impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail. They didn’t just “fix the problem”—they went above and beyond to ensure everything was running efficiently and safely. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-level expertise with genuine kindness and integrity, but Call Dad does exactly that.

If you’re looking for HVAC service that is reliable, trustworthy, and done right the first time, this is the company to call. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

Justin came out and did a great job troubleshooting the system at 7:30 at night
and did not try and sell me something I did not need. We need more companies that treat customers in this way. Highly recommended

Brian E was wonderful in going above and beyond in making sure my system was maintained. He was professional and friendly and explained in detail everything that he did with his work on my system. This experience makes me more trusting in continuing to work with this company.

Carson and his apprentice Travis came out 2 weeks ago and diagnosed my system had a bad blower. Carson let me know that he could do the repair that day, 2 weeks later my heat is still working. Thanks call dad I will definitely use you again in the future

2/9/26 Update: today louis came out and did my 1st maintenance check and it went great and he was great. He took time to explain and talk and even checked everything to verify all is good. He was very thorough and it was a pleasure to meet him.

Original review : James Cooper was the electrician on my job. He was great to talk to and he was very informative. He let me know what was happening every step of the way even if I didn't understand all the terms. He was patient and he did what was best for me and my situation even though he had to run to the store or parts and things. This was a great experience.

My sales guy was Brandon B or he was a manager bc my guy got sick the day of my appt and he called to reschedule and offered to handle it himself if i was ok with that. He was very kind and cared for my needs and issues. He was even there to help with some confusion that happened during my install to ensure i got the best possible outcome. Amaing to work with.

My install tech was named Taylor Blake-Lee and he also had a partner that day. They were very informative on any issues and the overall progress of the install. They even took the time to show me things on my smart thermostat that I already owned prior to them. They did everything they could to get me back in to a cool house to include staying til 10pm to finish my job. That's crazy that they cared enough to stay that late just so I wouldn't have to go more time with 0 ac and be in a hot house. They are great guys.

This company actually cares about the client and puts there needs 1st. They even sent a QA person about 1 to 2 weeks later to double check and ensure all the work was done correctly the first time and if he sees anything wrong he fixes on the spot. Amazing company and please if u need work done or a replacement unit go with call dad they are great.

I highly recommend this company. I called customer service and the person who scheduled the appointment was very friendly. When the technician, Sama, got to my home, he was super friendly smiled the entire time. He listened to the problem and checked EVERYTHING! He changed my filters which I kept putting off. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix everything in about an hour. He made sure to explain what he was doing and how my system was set up and showed me exactly what he was doing and why. I definitely learned more about my unit. I will definitely be utilizing this company again should a need arise.

I had a smooth and swift repair experience. Carson was knowledgeable, polite, and worked efficiently. Our heater is up and running once again!

I am replacing a 25yo Trane split system because the R22 refrigerant is no longer available. Call Dad rep Scottie did an excellent review of the system and house. He was patient with my many questions.. The quotes are in line with what I expected from Carrier.

Orlando was a great technician who took his time working on my HVAC system. He gave my wife and I estimates on the different options we have and was not a pushy salesman. This was only for an HVAC diagnostic on a recently purchased home but Orlando also cleaned up the unit for us while he was here

This was for service on a unit we got installed last year. Massima was very quick with servicing the new unit. Our old unit had some issues so he looked at that and fixed that up as well. Super nice tech too! Would recommend him 100%

For anyone who is on the fence don't be. Call Dad is amazing. Issue diagnosed and repaired quickly and very professional. Had a issue with some warranty miscommunication and the people at Call Dad immediately made it right. Got the hvac and plumbing membership too and will be making a call for some plumbing issues tomorrow.

Massima/Siu was fantastic very professional and very knowledgeable in answering our question and offered us a plan to save money in our AC system repairs. Breck Scarberry was our second technician and he save us a lot of money getting our AC back to work and getting us to trust again an AC company. He is professional and knows how to repair an AC unit that was damaged by another company and today we received an amazing service by Jake he performed our AC maintenance service to get us ready for fall. This crew is amazing! And I recommend DAd’s to all my friends and neighbors.

They came and looked at my water heater and were able to help me understand the problem. Where another company told me I needed to get it replaced an did not really examine it they took their time to call the manufacturer and troubleshoot. Will definitely use them in the future. Since he did not work on the unit also was not charged unlike the first company I used.

We have had several techs from Call Dad out before. Each was knowledgeable and personable.

Most recently, Jake C. Came out on a weekend when our A/C unit was having issues. He was knowledgeable, personable, fixed the problem, and left our unit running better than it ever has before. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The 4 young men (Broc Baldo, Taylor Blake-Lee, Levi Jaramillo, and Armand Sepvlveda) who installed my air conditioner system were extremely good at their job. They were polite and professional. They answered every question and explained the system to me. Even working in the rain, they were so proficient and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a complete Carrier heat pump system installed with all the duct work.
The lead technicians of Daniel and Cody were outstanding. With me haven been in the trades I had my eagle eye on the installation throughout the process. They did as I expected and went above and beyond to my complete expectations, even down to the Anti-vibration pads that went under the unit. That was something I thought I would add after they left. This was a week long job. At the end of the day I was briefed on the status of what was done and what the plan was for the next day. The entire job site was cleaned up every evening before they left. The system has been running for a week now and we can't be more pleased. The ambient air is equalized throughout the home. We did have mini-splits in the home that left hot and cold pockets in many areas. Thank you for a job well done and to Brandon, our salesman that kept great communications throughout the process. Great job team SKY.

Call Dad has been phenomenal to work with so far. Ken & Schuyler were awesome today with helping us figure out some issues we discovered & who to collaborate with from here.

Schuyler came out to look at our water heater, as we were having problems with it not getting hot enough. He did thorough testing to ensure it was working properly and educated us on how to adjust temperature and how the water heater works. He was professional and helpful.

Joshua was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He provided 4 estimates for different configurations for a new heating system for our home. We’ll likely proceed with Call Dad because of our initial impressions of their employees.

Call dad replaced my unit less than 24 hours from the time I called them during a heat wave where it was 96° outside. Derek and Dave were awesome at installing the unit and Scott help me with a payment plan that I could afford. Thank you all so much!
