Call Dad came out on a hot Saturday to get our AC running, then a few months later, they replaced our AC and furnace. The guys were friendly and efficient. The price of the new systems was very good. I will definitely recommend them and continue to use them.

I had two crews attending my HVACs, upstairs unit tuned up and lower unit replacement. Both crews did excellent job. The installation of Carrier unit by Jackson and Zachary were dane on 05/31/25 without glitch. Four months later everything working very well. Very satisfied!

Our Tech, David, was great. He was thorough in his inspection, confirmed he had the parts, and was quick with the estimate pricing, scheduling and next steps.

Call Dad was very responsive. Even their AI agent was easy to use. The technician that came to my house, Julio, was very helpful and patient. Even though the problem was not with my HVAC he proceeded to get an appointment scheduled with one of their electricians.

Joshua understood and presented all the information I needed to make an educated decision. He was kind and very thorough, patiently answering all my questions. I felt like he really listened to me and didn’t pressure me. It was a pleasant experience.

My technician Massima was great my first visit with him he explained and showed me everything. From parts and how everything works with my furnace. He came to replace the gas valve today and didn’t take him long at all. I really enjoy having Massima helping me out with my issues 10 out of 10!

I had an outstanding experience with my plumber, Bran, who came all the way from Raleigh to Hope Mills to help with my plumbing issue. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and incredibly patient.

What really impressed me was how he took the time to clearly show me exactly what the issue was, explain what went wrong, and walk me through the best course of action to fix it. Even though the problem was caused by a mistake I made, he never made me feel embarrassed or bad about it. We called regarding getting a hot water heater replaced.
Schuyler came out, Was VERY polite and knowledgeable.
Told us he could replace it.
Unfortunately the job took longer than expected, but he eventually got the job done.
We now have plenty of hot water!
I highly recommend this company for plumbing work.
