To make a long story short, we are kind of in an HVAC repair nightmare right now. Our unit is over 15 years old, and probably should be replaced, but we bought a 40 year old townhome and everything seems to be going wrong at once. Most people know that story because they've been there. Ethan and Comfort Monster kind of came to our rescue recently. They had to repeat a repair that another company had literally just done 9 months ago because the other company burned us. Ethan was very kind and listened to me vent - a lot - and he was very thorough and actually spent hours cleaning our unit and making it functional again. 5-stars to Comfort Monster and 10-stars to their technician, Ethan, who is keeping our old unit running and in good condition until we can afford to replace it. THANK YOU! There just aren't enough stars to give!

Luis from Comfort Monster recently resolved a complex heating issue at our home, and we couldn't be more grateful! The problem was challenging to diagnose, but Luis' diligence and expertise ultimately led him to identify the root cause. His prompt and effective solution saved us from the freezing sub-zero temperatures forecasted for the RTP area.
