I was very pleased with my service. Greg was informative and took his time to do a thorough job. His Maintenance service on my A/C unit inside and outside was very thorough. He explained his findings and let me know a small maintenance would be needed in the future but was not an emergency. I can budget for this minor repair now that I know ahead of time. His rate was reasonable. I really like the customer service that was shown to me as well. I will def use them again.

need to give a follow up. As of right now I feel like I was swindled, but this guy. He made a promise that a board replacement would fix the problem. So I went with the service, but I’m still having the same problem as I did when he left last time and told me that the board would fix the problem but it didn’t. He was supposed to be giving me a work up as to what we can, do in the future to fix the problem. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in him and do not want him to do any more work for me.
