M2C Commercial Cleaning Services

We'd been doing the cleaning ourselves at our small office, rotating it between staff, and honestly nobody was keeping up with it. Decided it was time to just outsource it. I looked at a few options and M2C stood out mostly because their pricing was clear and they didn't try to upsell a bunch of stuff we didn't need. The initial consult was quick. Someone came to the office near Garner, walked around, asked what our priorities were, and put together a plan. We started on a weekly schedule and it's been about three months now. The transition was smooth, they gave us a checklist of what would be covered each visit so there weren't any surprises. The team that comes in is efficient and doesn't disrupt anyone if people are still working late. It's one of those things where you realize how much better the space feels when someone's actually maintaining it properly on a regular basis.

been using M2C for our office building for about four months now and they just get it done. the crew comes in after hours so we never have to deal with anyone being in the way during the workday. floors always look good, trash is always taken care of, bathrooms are stocked and clean every morning when we come in. one thing i notice is they actually move stuff to clean under and around it not just surface level wiping. our front lobby has a lot of glass and its always spotless which matters when clients walk in. communication has been easy too, whenever i need to adjust the schedule or add something they just handle it. pricing felt reasonable compared to what we were paying before with a different company. I dont really have a ton to say beyond that it just works and nothing falls through the cracks which is exactly what you want from a cleaning service

our last cleaning company kept cutting corners and we were finding dust buildup on vents, sticky floors in the break room, stuff like that. got to the point where employees were complaining about the bathrooms not being properly cleaned. switched to M2C and honestly the difference was obvious after the first week. bathrooms are actually sanitized not just wiped down, break room floor doesnt have that gross film anymore, and the vents look like somebody actually pays attention to them now. they also do a solid job with the common areas around the elevators and hallways that our old crew basically ignored. the crew that comes to our building is consistent too, same people every time so they know the layout and where things need extra attention. its been about three months and i havent had a single complaint from staff which used to be a weekly thing. that alone made the switch worth it
