we manage a coworking space and went through two cleaning companies last year that just couldnt keep up with the volume of people in and out daily. found CleaNext through another property manager who used them for a similar setup. the onboarding was pretty straightforward, they came out and walked every floor with us, asked about peak hours so they wouldnt be in the way of members. took about a week to get the schedule dialed in and since then its been consistent monday through friday cleanings. the shared kitchen area was our biggest pain point and thats actually the area thats improved the most

Same crew every week which I appreciate.They know the layout and what we expect. Bathrooms are always spotless and the floors look good every Monday morning when everyone rolls in.

we use them for our medical office cleaning 3 times a week and the quality has been really consistent. all the exam rooms get wiped down properly, floors mopped, waiting area vacuumed and organized. the bathrooms are probably where i notice it most because those get heavy use during the day and by morning theyre spotless again. they also handle the breakroom which honestly used to be the area our old company always seemed to skip or rush through. not the case anymore. weve been with CleaNext for close to six months now and i cant think of a time where i walked in and something looked off. front desk staff has commented on it too which is nice because they see the space before anyone else does each morning. good service all around

Setting up service with CleaNext was pretty painless, they came by, looked at our office layout, and had a quote to us same day. The crew they send is consistent, same people each time which is nice because they already know where everything goes. We had one small thing early on where a supply closet was getting missed, shot them a text and it was sorted by the next visit. We're going on about five months now and the place just looks better than it used to. Our front desk area especially stays sharp between visits.
