We recently hired ProKEC for our restaurant’s kitchen exhaust cleaning, and the experience was excellent. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our kitchen spotless. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. We feel much safer knowing our exhaust system is properly maintained. Anthony and his team previously did an outstanding job cleaning our restaurant hood system — they were punctual, thorough, and very professional.

Update (April 2026): Unfortunately, our recent experience was disappointing. We had a hood cleaning scheduled early morning on Easter Day, and although our restaurant was closed, we came in based on his confirmation. He did not show up, later citing equipment issues and a medical emergency.

The service was rescheduled to April 19 at 10:30 AM, but on the same day it was moved again to 2 PM. Due to a roof access issue (outside of both his and our control), the full service couldn’t be completed.

While he did help re-caulk parts of the hood and mentioned he was not charging extra for that, there was no adjustment in the overall service price, and alternative requests (partial discount or additional cleaning work) were declined.

While we understand that unexpected situations can happen, the lack of flexibility and communication during rescheduling made this a frustrating experience. Given our previous great experience, this was unexpected.
