Zelaya Maintenance and Design

El dueño es bastante grosero, mal educado y obra en mala fe a sus clientes, no lo recomiendo para nada.

Had a company come do some work charged me a fortune replaced all my grass with a mixture of Bermuda and Fescue exactly what I did not want plus who mixes grasses. Well 3 weeks later it was dead. Of course it became my fault for either watering too much or not enough. Well I get a letter 6 months later from HOA I need to clean up my yard and get it presentable. So I found Zelaya Landscaping….owner Jose was an our God sent to my yard. It’s no fun to have to repeat work with in a 6 month period, but having the right company is everything!! We cleared the yard and completely started over. The grass the previous company told me I could not have is exactly what Zelaya gave me because they know it’s the best!! I got zoysia grass. To be a little detailed the grass does not need as much water as others and it’s solons and ribosomes block weeds from growing which gives it that beautiful green look more than majority of the year. Jose at Zelaya knows exactly what he is doing. I am so thankful I found him my yard is and will be the best in my neighborhood and I am the first corner house so I am thankful to his work and true passion he gives to my yard!!

Last winter, I contracted Zelaya to maintain my lawn for a year. This included regular fertilizer, weed control, and pest control; and annual aeration and overseeding.

The contract called for 2 semi-annual payments. They took the first payment and claimed they came out for the first visit. I never saw them after that and they never responded to my phone calls. It's as if they forgot all about me and perhaps even blocked my number.
