Never having filed a property damage claim, was dreading doing so for storm damage on roof. After meeting with Citadel representative (Max, very polite, outgoing and knowledgeable young man), this stress was alleviated. Max did damage inspection, helped me with filing claim, provided info to adjustor, brought shingle samples, and was here when roofing crew came. Hobbs of Citadel also worked with us on scheduling as the weather and some appointments had to be worked around. He was very accommodating. The crew worked hard and managed to get it done in one day, including cleanup. Max did a final followup inspection the next day and wanted to be sure we were satisfied, which we were. Overall good experience!

I have a new high quality roof on my home thanks to Nick and his staff at Citadel Contracting. All aspects of the job from processing my claim through the insurance company through the installation were thoroughly explained as I had many questions. I had the opportunity to select from a variety of high quality shingles and the Citadel Contracting crew completed the installation in a little over one day. Nick took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and worked with the claims adjuster in order to provide me with a great looking roof that I will have for years to come. It was a most pleasurable experience working with Nick and Citadel Contracting and I give them my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for roofing contracting services.

David and his team were tremendous during the course of our new roof installation. They were courteous, helpful, friendly, and the quality of their work is fantastic. After the new roof was installed, we had a question about a corner of it that settled a little differently than the rest of the house, and David had a team member out to inspect it right away. Even though it was only a minor cosmetic annoyance, they made the repair at no cost to us. They also helped us work with our own insurance team along the way. Five stars, no doubt!

Hobbs Stephens came out last fall to inspect my roof with the insurance adjuster and made the process easy. He worked with my insurance to get things filed, processed and moving along so I could get the installation done in January. The crew was fantastic and did a wonderful job not just with the roof but the clean-up too. Hobbs came back to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely work with Hobbs and Citadel again should I move and need a new roof!

Drew and the entire staff were great to work with. From start to finish the communication and planning was very well done. Drew stayed on top of everything for us and we could not have asked for better service with such a large project. We even got a visit from the owner, Nick, another wonderful young man. What an awesome experience from the beginning to the finished project ! Nick was very professional and knowledgeable . He brought over samples and went over our options and out of pocket costs. He contacted our insurance company and handled everything needed for our claim . He was in contact everyday with updates . It was the easiest home repair we have ever done !The roof was torn off and replaced in one day . The crew was very polite and cleaned up every shingle and nail in our yard !
