Lamar Holmes roofing is a great company to work with if you're looking to get your roof done.
They helped us go through insurance and filed the paperwork for us.
They were accommodating and flexible when scheduling meet up times and inspection and installation. And they continue to communicate with us through the whole process.
We got our whole roof replaced and all we had to do was pay the deductible.

When wind ripped shingles off the roof of our home, it took one phone call to Lamar Homes to get someone here to put a protective covering on the damaged section. From then until the roof re-shingle project was completed, doing business with James and Shanna was smooth and stress free. Our phone calls and texts were always returned asap, the work crew was efficient and hard working, James and Shanna worked hard to liaison with us and our insurance company.

We ran into an issue during the sale of our house, where we realized we were in need of a new roof due to a recent storm that had done some damage. I was referred to Lamar Homes, who came out did an assessment and confirmed the damage. They proceeded to work directly with my insurance company on the claim with little to no effort really needed from me. In less than 30 days they had coordinated with my insurance company, replaced my roof and allowed me to get back on the market. The entire process would not have taken as long as it did had it not been for the downtime it took to receive payment from the insurance company and obtained the needed endorsement from my mortgage company. That is truly what took up the majority of the time and even that process was quicker than anticipated. Lamar Homes came in and did the roof replacement in one day. They were in and out so quickly and without a trace leaving nothing behind. The entire experience was stress-free thanks to David and his team. They were truly, professional, friendly, courteous, and kept continuous lines of communications open for a seamless process. Thanks to David and his team for a job well done. Our roof had recalled shingles and years of wear and needed replacing. Lamar Homes reshingled and added roof vents to a complicated roof with numerous angles. They also did a great clean-up job and power washed the house as a bonus. We are absolutely pleased with the results. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Lamar Homes did an awesome job on my roof. I waited 2 months to review the work completed to observe the ceiling during the rainy season to ensure we had no more leaks in our kids' room. No leaks at all. The owner came to my home and assessed the damage and knew exactly where the repair was needed. He gave me a quote shortly thereafter. They replaced the part damaged on my roof while I was traveling for the day and when I returned my home and yard looked undisturbed. They cleaned up well. I'm so appreciative of their work. Beware if you live outside of Raleigh. It took these folks almost a week to determine that they did not work in Charlotte. After a couple of confirmations, I was notified on the day of my appointment that Charlotte was not in their service area for roof inspections. Remove the "surrounding areas", if you are unable to serve the areas on your website. This is probably the reason why I didn't receive a follow-up call last Spring. At this point, I'll be working with someone based out of the Charlotte area.
