These are very professional people I have ever dealt with. Our house is on sale and Buyers agent identified wet surface underneath the tarp, in crawl space and reduce the offering price to 35k, and made this a big deal. There was none identified by Kevin from Crawlspace Brothers

I found crawl space brothers through google search and had my appointment booked in 2 business days. Kevin came on time did an inspection/suggested few things to keep my crawl space in good space. Good thing is that they do not charge you for initial consultation. I will definitely use them in future and refer my friends to them.

My crawl space encapsulation service had been scheduled during a time of multiple managerial and team member changes. After being rescheduled once, the team came out to perform the job but had not completed it. I was told only a few minor things were left to do. After a week, I’d not heard back, so I contacted the office to inquire about the follow up visit. Shortly after, I’d received a call from Kenny, who introduced himself as the new manager for the Raleigh location. I must say, the right decision was made to have Kenny oversee this location as he completely turned this experience around for me. Not only is Kenny very customer friendly and knowledgeable, he also showed great concern and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service. He alone did a thorough check of the work that was done and completed the work that remained. He kept in contact with me throughout the process. He worked very hard and followed through on everything he said he would. Thank you Kenny, job well done!

This is an update to my review. The team reached out and redid my project with no cost to me. They explained that the team in my area had many inexperienced workers that have since been replaced.

I did not have a great experience. I scheduled a vapor barrier installed a few months ago. It went fine, they did a walk through with me and it looked like a plastic sheet on the ground. A few months later I had a different company looking in the crawlspace and they said it was an amateur job. They pointed to sloppy and even out of code work.
I emailed Crawl Space Brothers to hopefully get them back to fix the issues, but they never responded.

We selected CrawlSpace Brothers based on the response, thoroughness and price. Their crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They were sensitive to the environment and completed the job with high quality workmanship. They cleaned up the work area etc nicely. We are happy we chose to work with them. We strongly recommend them. Waheed

Great Customer Service!

Crawl Space Brothers did a great job. Kevin Curby did my estimate and after evaluating my crawlspace, gave me my estimate. He never tried to upsell me, in fact I had to ask for an estimate for the more expensive option!

Install was completed quickly with no mess and after completion, Kevin came out to inspect the work and ensure satisfaction before billing. Kevin also followed up several months later (after they were fully paid) to make sure I was still satisfied. 5 stars!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable, very professional, no high pressure sales tactics at all. Kevin came out, did a thorough inspection of crawl space, and gave me recommendations for two different options. I choose the more in-depth option. He wrote up the contract digitally on the spot, I reviewed it and asked for a couple of adjustments. He made the adjustments immediately. The work was carried out within the next 3-4 days while we were out-of-town for the holidays. When we got back, I inspected what had been done. Everything we agreed to had been carried out and all old material had been removed beautifully. Then Reagan came out and made a thorough inspection of the work that had been done. He suggested and carried out some additional touch ups and even gave us an additional monitoring device that wasn’t in the contract. To top it off, we later received a $25 amazon give card from them as a thank you for using their service. All around totally happy with everything that took place and confident in the quality of the service provided.

My experience with Crawl Space Brothers as a company was not great. My crawlspace work was drawn out over months due to weather and an inexperienced, uncommunicative, and unprofessional employee having been filled into a leadership position for my job.

Having said that, my concerns were addressed quickly whenever I called Crawl Space Brother’s; and a different, experienced manager named Kenny was eventually put in charge of our crawl space.

Kenny is the reason I’m writing this review and why I gave 5 stars. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He was very communicative, efficient, and professional. Kenny prioritized our job, fixed mistakes made by the previous supervisor, and ultimately did great work. He basically saved the reputation of this company for me and deserves a bonus/raise and credit for busting his butt to get things done right.

I believe I paid a fair price for this job and there’s a great warranty. If you have the right people working your job, it should be very smooth. Thank you Kenny!

Crawl Space Brothers are the best. After meeting with several companies about our crawl space, they were the obvious choice for us. They were responsive to our calls, well planned and detailed with our options, and we felt comfortable working with them. We knew when out work would begin and how long it would take. Clean up was great and the crawl space looks awesome. The work was then inspected by the boss. Now that quality work.

I had an issue with the previous management, and even though the new management had nothing to do with my issue, the GM came out, inspected my crawlspace, fixed a few holes and cracks, made a suggestion for me to follow up on - all of it for no charge, just to right the wrong of someone else. Amazing response!

Great experience start to finish with having a moisture barrier installed. Kevin did a quick walkthrough to start off and gave me a quote for considerably less than I was bracing myself for. On installation day, Matt and Craig did a great, efficient job -- sealed it all up well and it only took about half a day. They communicated clearly what what they were doing and even kindly hauled off some old junk from my crawlspace I wanted to get rid of. I paid exactly what I was quoted...no surprises, except at how painless it all was. Definitely recommend.

Crawl Space Brothers is truly a top-notch company! They completed a full crawl space encapsulation and installed a dehumidifier for us. We had received estimates from multiple companies and Crawl Space Brothers was by far the most reasonable. Their estimate was straight-forward, they didn't try to up-sell us on anything and their prices were affordable. Every person we encountered was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, on time, and efficient. They did a really great job and we are so happy to have used them for this upgrade to our home!

Kenny was absolutely amazing. I did have some problems with some of the work and when I reached out to Kenny he went above and beyond to make sure that the end result of the project was top-notch. When you spend the kind of money that it takes to encapsulate a crawl space it was very nice to be given the peace of mind that Kenny gave me. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, listened to my concerns openly and offered up a game plan and timeline that worked out extremely well for the unique situation involved with my crawl space. I've already recommended crawl space brothers, Kenny specifically to two of my neighbors. Your company is very lucky to have such dedicated knowledgeable professional employee.

Great experience working with Crawl Space Brothers. Prompt response to inquiry and were out at my place within a couple days to provide detailed estimates. Cleaned up well after themselves and kept me posted each day on when they were finished and what time they would arrive the next day. I even had a few things in the crawlspace that were garbage and they offered to take them with them and dispose of them. Definitely recommend!

At first, the Crawlspace Brothers were great to work with when they did the free inspection and encapsulation. Unfortunately, they have not been responsive in honoring their "5-star guarantee". They encapsulated our crawlspace a year and a half ago; yet, within the first year, the encapsulation began to fail and was coming off the walls. My husband has repeatedly called and reached out to have them come fix it and we still have not been put on the schedule or reached out to. We don't feel as if they have taken care of our home "like it's their own home" as they say on the website. It was way too expensive for us to be having this issue.

Crawl Space Brothers was a great experience from start to finish. Had mold remediation, French drain and encapsulation done by them. They did a great job, stayed on the timing that they communicated and got a lot of work done quickly. The cost was very reasonable and the quality work top notch plus they stand behind their work.

Our experience with Crawlspace Brothers was excellent from beginning to end. The estimating side was punctual, extremely informative, and understanding of our needs and price point. unlike some other companies, they did not try to talk us into more expensive unnecessary operations. This is rare in this day and age. the project started on time. And more than met or needs. Follow up was great and they actually answer the phone. The humidity in our crawlspace is now what it should be and the mold is gone. Thanks, Crawlspace Brothers!

Aaron provided candid advice which helped us tailor our options and stay precisely where we wanted to be, within our budget. The installation process was seamless and professional. In addition, a special thanks goes to Kenny for his thorough knowledge of the process, tips he provided to maintain our investment, time he took to explain additional upgrades we could make, and just his overall friendliness and professionalism. There has been a definite upgrade in the quality of air in our home and energy efficiency since the work was completed. And it’s for all of these reasons we highly recommend going with Crawl Space Brothers! They are absolutely our first choice for crawl space work!!!

The techs Tyree McKinney and Leonard Foster did an amazing job, They were very curtious during the several days they were at our home.They even caught a snake under our house and removed it. I would recommend these gus and this company

Crawl Space Brothers did a great job with our dehumidifier project. Tyree and Dajuan were polite, efficient and kept us up to date on what they were doing.

The crew that installed my vapor barrier was very friendly and efficient. I appreciated that they removed the debris that I didn’t know was down there. They gave me good pointers about areas of moisture. This company was not aggressive about full encapsulation but left it as a next step if I decide to do more. Nice company.

If you’re researching who to take care of your crawlspace issue, save yourself some time and just stop here. This company hires super knowledgeable and professional people who deliver excellent quality and above-and-beyond support. We had a unique situation where our builder incorrectly installed a dehumidifier during our home remodel that was leading to mold in the new addition. Angel was seriously our “angel” and not only helped us come up with the optimal solution at a reasonable price, but he volunteered to join us for conversations with our builder about the issue and be our advocate (all of this before we had even signed or hired them). Even though we were still under our builder’s warranty and they offered to address it, we trusted Angel and Crawl Space Bros more to take care of this properly and give us the best solution. So we ate the cost and hired Crawl Space Bros ourselves. Excellent communication from start to finish. Super impressed with their systems and documentation of the work. Absolutely incredible quality delivered – our crawl space is actually not something we’re afraid to go in anymore lol. Angel and Crawl Space Bros took care of us, and we have no regrets for taking on this big cost ourselves to get this done right! THANK YOU!!!
