Tile Contractor reviews in Raleigh, North Carolina

Tri and Joe did an excellent job on our master bathroom tile (floor, tub surround and shower). It looked new when they were finished. We will definitely be calling Carolina Grout Seal in the future for some more work.

They did a fantastic job cleaning, regrouting, and sealing the tile in our kitchen and two bathrooms! Tri was extremely helpful in selecting the color for the kitchen grout and giving an accurate estimate with limited information we could give him, he even brought 3 different colors for the grout and let us pick the best one and his choices were perfect.

Tri came out and completely transformed our shower floor. It was horrible - in fact, we had gotten estimates about replacing the entire shower. They did a fabulous job! It looks brand new! I cannot recommend him enough!

From quote to project completion, Tri made the process so easy! The pricing is fair, he was punctual on the day of, and his work is precise. We originally got our shower and tub grout resealed and can't wait to reseal our kitchen backsplash next!

Tri came for an inspection and estimate. We accepted and made an appointment. He and his assistant arrived and went straight to work. He meticulously cleaned the tile, matched the previous grout lines, removed and replaced silicone caulk. The finished look is sparkling. His work is efficient and professional. We highly recommend his business. You will be delighted with the results.

Had a great experience! Arrived literally before our scheduled appointment and didn’t waste a moment to dig in.

I searched many companies and this was the first to call me back the same day as promised, schedule a visit to my home the same day, provide a quote the same day, and get us scheduled the same day.

We had two bathrooms done and he came after our initial appointment 3 days later and completed the job within 3 hrs max! Second bathroom was done a week later and he was in and out less than 2hrs!

Professional, honest, and hard working company right here! Hands down! There’s not ONE critique to give here in full transparency.

Highly recommended!
