The entire process went very well from proposal to completed job. The communication was great throughout the process. It started with the owner Brett and continued with his team of Dylan and Garrett. They would ask if things looked good before moving to the next group of trees. They did a great job taking down a tree and numerous limbs without impacting the other surrounding trees / bushes. They did a fantastic job, very polite, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Brett and his crew did a fantastic job removing 17+ trees on my property with an extremely competitive price. Instead of taking down a tree outside the dinning room window as I asked, he suggested to trim it first. I’m very glad the tree is kept. It is now beautiful and perfectly symmetric without blocking light coming into the room. Brett is so thoughtful for his customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service.

I love these guys. They have serviced our homes on multiple occasions. Brett (the owner) is a personal friend who I have known for over 20 years. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. His crew is awesome. You can tell they enjoy what they do because they have such a great attitude and are so personable. They pay attention to detail and do a great job cleaning up! Brett and his team were extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. We moved into our house with the goal of a complete interior/exterior renovation; the exterior was completely over run with trees. Brett walked the yard and discussed what would be worth while to remove, as some were growing to the foundation, and ones that could wait. However, Brett’s ability to work with our budget allowed us to remove exponentially more trees than expected. After discussing which trees to remove, his team came in and worked efficiently to remove 9 trees from the yard in one day.

Longhorn will make you feel comfortable, as they are a company that truly cares about Raleigh and helping people.

Have worked with Brett and his team a few times already and have had great experiences. Recently had them come out again to take a few trees down and trim a large holly bush. They did a great job and would 100% use them again. Garrett and Dylan were a pleasure to work with!

Brett's team was very friendly, considerate and efficient. They took on a huge job with precision. They turned a 2 day job into a 1 day performance. Brett is a pleasure to deal with and is very fair with his quotes compared to other tree outfits. I will go back to Brett for my last 2 trees to be taken down for sure.

We cannot recommend Longhorn Tree service enough. I read great reviews on Next Door and called. Brett came out the same day and gave us a fair quote for removal of a few massive pine trees very close to our house. We had other companies never call us back or show up and got some really high quotes. Brett was responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. His team was on-time, professional and extremely safe. We will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to family and friends!

I had Longhorn take down a VERY large oak tree in my back yard. As a former arborist I considered taking it down myself but due to the limited area to work I didn't want to accidentally drop it on a neighbors house. Longhorn not only gave me a more than fair price but did an excellent job with no damage with the exception of the end of my downspout (not a big deal in the grand scheme of the project). Would definitely recommend them.

We are so happy with the job we received on a very large tree we had removed by them. They were done in no time and left everything just as it was. We would never had known any work was done in the yard.

Brett and his guys did an awesome job taking a tree down for us last year and just had to remove a tree on the HOA property beside us and the tree was very difficult as the tree had decayed beyond the typical removal procedures. I attached a picture of the decay. Great working with these guys! Minimal damage to surrounding area as they had to bring the tree down in one piece.

Brett is very kind and genuine in his evaluation of tree removal needs. We found his pricing to be fair, and his team did excellent work with limbing and trimming multiple trees in our yard. Both neighbors jumped in and had work done as well, and the street looks awesome. Brett and his helper did a great job taking down a large limb that had partially fallen on my internet line and they also cut out lots of other dead limbs in my tree. They had reasonable prices for their work and they are great people to work with. Very quick in their response too. I will definitely use Brett again and look forward to working with him.

Let's talk about Longhorn Tree Service. Now this is a service for normal people who are just trying to get things done.

Brett, the owner, was quick to come out and asked me what my goals were. He then advised me based on those goals. Showing me which trees had been struck by lightening, which were blocking the sun, and pointing out poison ivy. After that he sent us a quote and let me tell you I was surprised by how affordable they were.

The experience with Longhorn has been great. The team cutting the trees are so kind and kept me up to date on what they are doing. They also just stopped to chat and seem to really enjoy what the do. We have had no issues with anything and you can see that quality and service is their top priority. I cannot recommend them enough. You will find a wonderful, small company that only wants to do right by you and their team.

Brett (owner) responded to my call yesterday, couple hours later came by for an assessment and had my quote ready an hour after leaving my place. The quoted price was fair so I signed off on the work right away. His crew was here today and got the job done quickly and efficiently, exactly like I asked. They took down a dead cherry tree, grinded the stump, trimmed two other trees in my front yard. The guys were friendly, professional, and left their work area as clean as it was before they got there. Highly recommend this company for any tree work you may have!!!
