My initial experience with this company was fantastic, so I eagerly signed up for a boiler service plan. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. Carl missed three scheduled service appointments:
-November 3
-November 13
-November 21The service was finally completed on December 6. On December 9th, I reported hearing unusual water-like sounds from the boiler—sounds I had never heard before. Carl returned on December 10 to “correct” the issue, but it worsened, forcing us to stop using the boiler. Despite promises, Carl missed additional appointments on:
-February 9
-February 10
-February 11
-February 18Eventually, I called another company, and they quickly identified the problem: the air release valve had been tightened too much, causing trapped air. The fix was simple, but it cost an additional $100—something Carl could have resolved.
After multiple no-shows and unnecessary expenses, I cannot recommend this company.
