I was charged $105 to look at my dryer. I was called today and was quoted $349 to change out parts that made the drum vibrate. I asked, does that include labor. I was told yes, unless we find other problems. So if you diagnose my dryer for the $105 I paid, you would know exactly what is needed. My dryer was never taking apart fully to see if there were any other parts messed up. I went to lowes and bought a brand new whirlpool for $499. A waste of money.
