This guy was driving dangerous and also let objects fall off hos trailer and damaged my SUV and other cars and he never would pull over.I have you on cam and your tag buddy and my kids was in the car.smh.

Needed my septic line replaced. They were very quick to show up. The workers were neat and concentrated on the job. Very impressed.

Never used this company but whoever is driving is erratic and wants to run over everyone in the highway. I wouldn’t want a company like this helping me. Tried to run over someone in a motorcycle. Trash.

I regret the day I ever hired this company to build our pool. It took 3 months to complete. We were without concrete for 2 months. The pump ran from a drop cord off our roof for 2 months. The concrete, when finally poured, was uneven and sloppy and got all over the liner. In trying to remove it, they stripped the color off our new liner and tried to cover it up with spray paint- it looks awful. We have had problems with the pool ever since. Two years after it was put in, it began leaking badly. Come to find out, the lights were not installed properly and they had not even put the washer rings around the lights. The workers left trash in our yard every day, whenever they actually showed up. Owner ignored calls and texts and kept giving us deadlines that were never met. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. I wouldn’t let this company fix a leaky faucet. Absolutely horrible.

I have had to use this company twice and was very pleased with my experience. Mr. Citty told me what they would do and Mr. Joyce followed up. I appreciated that before any work began that I asked for a ballpark price and Mr. Citty was very accurate. I will use them again.

Steve and everyone with Citty Pools did a great job replacing our in-ground pool liner. They were very quick and thorough with the process. They were helpful with all steps involved. We would recommend them to anyone!

Called at 9am and they came at 2pm the same day! They stayed only an hour and fixed my problem. Fair prices and quick work. I would definitely recommend for any plumbing work.

I hate to leave a bad review but I hope someone else may avoid the experience I had by choosing a company other than Citty to perform pool repair and liner replacement. Our pool was damaged in a storm and we reached out to Citty in December to go ahead and start the insurance process so we would have our pool ready the first of summer. Steve was nice, but I had to text him repeated reminders to keep the process moving because when he said he'd get back with me about this or that, he usually didn't. He had supposedly ordered our chosen liner and would get to the work "by the end of this week or first of next week." Those deadlines came and passed, and I didn't hear anything. I gave it a few days and then asked again about scheduling the work. Just as a previous review stated, Steve all the sudden stopped responding to texts or answering calls. I tried several contact attempts over the course of a couple weeks and then realized he was purposefully not answering and had no intentions of completing the work as promised. He really messed us up. I called about 10 different companies in one day and all were too busy to do the work because it is now the beginning of swim season. We finally have moved forward with another company, and I'm pretty sure we are paying premium rates since it's the busy season. I texted Steve one last time with a "courtesy text" to let him know we had moved on with someone else since he had stopped responding and didn't complete the work as promised. The same day he responds, "That's fine. Sorry." This confirmed #1 He had been receiving my texts and phone calls and had just chosen to ignore #2 He probably never ordered our custom liner when he said he did or else he would have been upset over the money paid for a liner he can't use. We've had enough work done in the past that I understand jobs usually take longer than expected and things come up. That is why I was so patient and gave Citty the benefit of the doubt. I would even feel differently if he had been upfront a few weeks ago and told me that they wouldn't be completing the work. Now I'm just sorry we ever called them.

Used to be good now AWFUL. After years of maintaining the Winsome Forest pool well they recommended some repairs and a contractor to preform these repairs. Foolishly trusting our long term vendor that the repairs were only going to take 2 days we paid their recommended contractor in full up front. Now 3 months half the is done and no one is answering the phone returning calls, texts, or emails including Citty’s. I would not recommend these folks.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I had a horrible clog on a Friday evening that caused my washing machine to back up into the bathtub. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and got everything cleared without any hassle.

What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward he was. He explained what he was doing, didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work, and even offered to come back next week to look at some longer-term concerns without any pressure.

The price was very fair for after-hours service, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. It’s not easy to find someone reliable and trustworthy, but I definitely will be calling him again. Highly recommend!

Called superior plumbing spoke with Joe very kind fellow got a tech out later that day Chris & Justin arrived on time very knowledgeable guys got my issue fixed and couldn’t be more pleased
