Byrd Brothers Heating &Air installed my unit 2 years ago it has worked perfect. They were friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with.

If I could leave zero stars I would. But this LLC company is the worst heating and air company ever. The owner rescheduled last minute because he doesn’t feel like coming out, he fixed the problem just for the problem to come back days later. He was rude and hung up on me twice. First time he let not saying anything. The second time was him not calling or coming all day and telling me, as was planned. And don’t trust the time on the internet because they are definitely not open 24/7. I say stick to a commercial company that knows what they are doing and has more than 1 employee and keep the time they say they will come.
