It's rare to find a reliable landscaping company that is affordable in Rocky Mount. I came across Harrell's on the web, and from the start they were professional, affordable, and prompt. I love that they do anything you need done in your yard. As a single mother, who has a good bit of property it can be hard to manage the exterior upkeep. I got so tired of doing it all myself, and they have helped not only relieve that burden for me, but they did it within my budget. I fully endorse them.

They were quick and ready to get to business. Even offered the man a drink he said “no ma’am, I use my blood, sweat, and tears until the job is done.” 10/10 would recommend. Will call them again and let all my friends know how great this team is!

Requested an estimate to landscape my backyard. John came out and took some measurements. Said he’d contact me in a week. Never heard from him again. Called John over the next two months and left a couple messages for him to return my call. Instead he ghosted me, never called or texted me back. Don’t trust him…does not keep his word. If you can’t be honest and at least let me know why you can’t do anything for my yard then how could anyone trust you let alone hire you for anything?

Schedule a consultation for a generator installation from this business. They did not call or show up for the scheduled appointment. We had to call them! Definitely don’t want to do business with a company that cannot call you if they change or cancel appointment. We as customers have jobs and lives too. This cost us being here just waiting on you. Would not use Electrical Services and Solutions for anything!

In an age where good service isn’t the norm, ES&S hit it out of the park. I had a problem with my Generac generator. They arrived much faster than I expected. They quickly identified the issue and had EVERY part on the truck for the repairs.

Technician was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Too bad there isn’t a SIXth star!!
