I have no experience with this business so I do not know their work. I know they did not respond to my inquiry. They may not need or want my business...I don’t know. I called during a weekday regular business hours and had to leave a message. I got no response after 48 hours. I went on line and used their email link to “request service”. I got an email back saying to call, so I called again and had to leave a message...again. I still have not talked to a live person. Glad it was not an emergency.

Had one toilet that was clogged (turns out one of my kiddos flushed a toothbrush ugh) and another that needed to be installed. We got the run around from many other companies butThey came out almost immediately and had wonderful customer service and affordable pricing. Will definitely be using this company for all future plumbing projects and issues. Highly recommend them.

I called, they weren't available this weekend, was trying to see when they could come out and the person hung up on me mid talk. I am not the type to give bad reviews, I am never rude but this was uncalled for. I just want my water heater fixed.

This was actually my third time contacting Russell Plumbing for unrelated issues. Each time, they provided service the same day. The owner is very kind and knowlegeble and explained everything with options to consider. The price each time was reasonable and I will recommend Russells to anyone who wants prompt, reliable and excellent service for their plumbing issues.

Trust the work ethic of this company. Family business. Didnt JerryRig unlike several others who quoted how they would do the job. My problem is fixed and I am thankful I trusted this family to do the job.
