We hired Hutchins Landscape & Lawn Maintenance to relocate several yards of soil from its delivery spot in our driveway to a landscape area. All we requested was moving and piling it for us to till in, since the size and weight exceeded our physical ability to move. Their staff not only relocated it, they spread it, smoothed it out, blew the debris off our hard surfaces, and even cleaned and folded the tarps on which the dirt had been delivered. This was so far above and beyond our request, and our teeny little job was done with the care and attention to detail that you would do for yourself. We have seen some of their landscape designs, hardscaping, and irrigation installations, and they are clearly experts in those categories as well as plant maintenance. We highly recommend them for any outdoor installations or maintenance you need.

Hutchins Landscape regraded our back yard, adding some drainage assistance and added some river rock for our drainage creek and then put down sod. We also had them remove some old holly bushes and dead boxwoods in front of the house and put in new ornamental shrubs. The yard looks AMAZING now compared to before! We're having them come back and put down more sod in the front yard so that the whole yard looks as good as the back.

Timely, provided clear and direct communication. Stayed late to finish the job. Highly recommend this company.

Hutchins Landscape just finished doing my side yard and it looks beautiful! it was impossible to grow grass there and it looked unsightly. Jon made some good suggestions of putting stepping stones, mulch and plants. What a difference!

We had a professional irrigation system installed on our property. They took care of getting the appropriate permits with city when necessary for each stage of the project. It took his crew about three days to dig trenches, burry pipes, and fill back in. The irrigation coverage was for 6500 sq ft of grass and also had drip zones installed for plant beds. They were flexible with our schedule and easy to get in touch with for daily updates. His wife was very pleasant to work with regarding scheduling and permitting. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of the work.

They were responsive to my emails and showed up when they said they would. They did a great job with some repairs and adjustments to my sprinkler system. However, the final cost was more than 50% higher than my original estimate. They also did aerating and seeding. The cost for the aerating/seeding was about twice as much as other quotes I received. I decided to go with them because they said the sprinkler work was discounted since I was having both things done. Also said when they did the aerating that they did more than just run the machine over the yard, that they would rake up dead grass in areas as well. That was definitely NOT done. Bottom line, they are very expensive! The sprinkler work that was done was top notch (that part was worth 5 stars). But the aerating/seedling was disappointing considering the price that was charged was at least double what I could have had the same thing done for somewhere else.

Hutchins installed my irrigation system. They were very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. They also did a great job dealing with the fact that my yard is apparently filled with rocks under the grass. I am more than happy to recommend them to others!

Hutchins Landscape provided a great proposal and multiple options to bring my lawn from an over grown weed patch to a lush fescue lawn. Jon was patient with my questions and provided multiple options working with my budget. service was prompt and professional and they even followed up without an additional charge, when I had a few spots that did not take. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and quality landscaper.
