We moved to NC from the way north and our new home had 2 Heat Pump/Ac units. Of coarse moving into a rural area our power to the house can be unpredictable and it caused some capacitors to burn out. Every time I have had an issue I have called Regan and Sons and they have showed up the same day and fixed it within an hour each time. It is hard to find honest people in todays world, not once have they overcharged me and I thought their rates were more than on the acceptable side. I can’t thank them enough for just having integrity in their service and customer service. They show up on time, in uniform, ready to fix anything if they can. I have called them several times to come out and fix things and each time I tell myself I need to leave a review because you just don’t see many companies that provide great work at reasonable prices. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to call them. When we build a new home we will definitely use Ragan and Sons for our next installation! The office crew is so kind and nice over the phone, I just can’t say how impressed I am and how much I appreciate you! Thanks again!

Regan and Son replaced my furnace, a heat pump and my water heater. It was a big job and they worked tirelessly to get it done right. CJ and ET were friendly, timely and professional. And I was treated with respect. I’m an engineer and former Trane employee and when I had questions, they answered them without dumbing it down. I love my new Trane HVAC and will continue to rely on Regan and Son for my MEP service.

Caleb Atkins was great for Reagan and Sons Heating and Air when he came for a service call for no cooling on my Tempstar heat pump. My 91 year old mother lives with me and I really appreciated the prompt service call of less than 3 hours after my initial call. Caleb diagnosed problem and had me up and running in 10 minutes! Wow! Capacitor was bad. Highly recommend Caleb and Reagan and Sons.

Regan & Son is simply the best! They have been quick to respond to calls and provide quality HVAC service. Each technician worked with has been friendly, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. One scenario where a popular HVAC company quoted an extensive and expensive repair job, Regan & Son solved within a couple hours and the final cost 1/4 of what the other company had quoted. Heat gave out unexpectedly. Regan & Son sent out a technician the same day. They evaluated our older unit and made a simple repair to get us back in business. I was particularly impressed that the tech made the repairs quickly and didn’t push us to replace our older unit. When it does give out, I definitely will be calling Regan & Son for our next unit.

Regan & Son was very courteous and responsive with the call out for repair. The technician, Alan, was very polite and knowledgeable with the troubleshooting. He explained the problem in detail and completed the repair quickly. He also checked several other things for preventive maintenance and gave the unit a good cleaning after the repairs. Would definitely recommend and utilize Regan & Son for future work.

Would highly recommend Regan & Son! They were very responsive and able to schedule a technician to come and fix our AC within 24 hours of my initial call. Caleb was very professional, quick to diagnose the issue, and fixed it on the spot.

Regan and Son Plumbing (Tommy and CJ) recently installed a new water heater, new water tank, new water filter and re-worked piping in basement for a new utility sink. I just wanted to say I’m very pleased with the job they have done. Tommy and CJ were very knowledgeable and professional. Did great work installing new equipment and installing new piping where needed. Took away the old equipment and all the installation looks great. Water pressure is good and everything seems to be working just fine.

Air conditioning unit went out. Bradley came out and was very nice and professional and did an awesome job repairing the unit. It was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend Regan and Son for excellent service.Thanks Bradley for working late on a hot Friday evening!!!

Super easy to make an appointment. Bradley was amazing. Completed the work quickly and went the extra mile to clean up and order parts. He was even kind enough to change the light bulb in my crawl space. Looking forward to a long relationship with Regan & Son!!!

A prompt, friendly response to my service request. The technician took his time diagnosing my system's issue, and was tremendously informative in explaining what he did to remedy the problem. Have previously used a competitor for service that was more interested in selling a preventative maintenance package, than repairing the problem (which was not repaired!) I've found my new HVAC service company!

Regan & Son was a pleasure to work with. My AC conked out and they had someone there the same day I called. My wife was impressed with their professionalism and I felt like their rates were good. We also had a discrepancy on the check we gave them and they provided us with a prompt refund. Definitely would do business with them again.
