Reviews of local pros in Salisbury, North Carolina

I had a tree down and a tree leaning towards my neighbors house. Frady’s guys came out right away and took the leaning tree down and cleaned up the fallen tree. They did a great job ! It looks like it never happened. I highly recommend. Thank you Ray

My bushes we're really over grown and I didn't know how to get them back to look good. They sent Tim to my house and he did an amazing job. My bushes never looked that great before. Tim was very professional and even taught me about my bushes and what I needed to be done all through the year. They now have me a rotation to keep them trimmed, sprayed, and fertilized. I'm recommending them to everyone

Fantastic job...great people

This is the second time we've used this company. They were super nice, very expedite and the pricing was amazing.

I can’t even explain how happy I was with the service I received from Frady Tree Care recently. This was my second time using them. Everything went well from initial estimate to final clean up. They spent 2 days at my house trimming my trees and taking down some dead ones. The guys were great—friendly and knowledgeable. These people care about their customers and they care about your trees. They are arborists, not some hack tree removal company. They looked at my property with me in mind and how I use it and we added some work as we went along. They had great recommendations. I was a little nervous when they got to trimming my very big old pecan trees (and they knew it) but in the end I had nothing to worry about. Excellent job. My property looks great! I am so pleased with all the work. They accidentally uncovered an old septic tank in my yard that I didn’t know about. This problem was fully MINE, not theirs. They could have left me with a big hole in the ground, but no, they fixed it for me! This was beyond great customer service. I will recommend Frady to anyone who asks, and I’ll definitely use Frady again.

Excellent to work with to remove 3 of our problem trees! One big poplar needed to go and they handled it very well with competitive pricing. Once we were ready for the stumps to be grinded down, that was handled promptly. Would recommend and use again!

Frady is excellent to work with! Very responsive and flexible to work around my schedule. Stewart is very polite and professional, and very knowledgeable about our trees and situation. We appreciate how quickly we were able to get treatments scheduled. Stewart did a great job onsite. We look forward to continuing to work with the Frady team.

Crew did a great job trimming multiple trees and root treatment. Thanks, guys! Looks great!

These guys are great! Reliable and did a fantastic job! They were all knowledgeable on the things I was concerned about and the crew leader took his time explaining what next steps would be! Cleaned up all the mess and I didnt have to lift a finger! Way to go & great teamwork!

Fradys tree service is the only tree service I will ever use again. The Crew supervisor, Shawn Owens was knowledgeable about what needed to be done . The whole experience was good and I trust them to do any of my tree removal or trimming. Also they were very professional not like others out there that show up and leave a mess. Fradys tree service is a professional full service tree care company.

Stewart and gang are always prompt and efficient. My trees have stayed healthy in their car, over 12 years now.

I use Frady Tree on a regular basis - have been for 10+ years for all tree and shrub services. Big plus that they have a certified arborist on staff

Another great experience from Frady Tree Care.
Requested free estimate & someone was out in a few days. We walked thru the property to discuss what I wanted done. Other items were suggested for the health of the trees. When the estimate arrived it had everything discussed and optional items. Each line item had a $ amount associated. I had the choice of selecting a few or all.
I chose all -tree pruning of multiple trees, removal of 1, 1 stump grind integrated pest management & deep root fertilization. $2850
I was happy with the price because they are certified arborists ( I could tell by the person providing the estimate. He knew every plant that was in my yard) & they leave the property tidy before they go.
It took a few weeks to get me on the books due to rain. But the day of, they were scheduled to arrive at 8:30am. But the foreman arrived at 7:30 to do a walk thru to reconfirm what he was to do. The rest of the crew arrived before scheduled and got to it. Unfortunately I would not allow the heavy equipment in the back yard because of all the drainage & irrigation. So the work was a lil slow going than they expected. They scaled the trees safely and did the work in approximately 4 hrs. Wish I got before pics. But the canopy of my yard is even better & my veggie garden now has better light.

They are trust worthy & always try to please the customer. They are always on time & clean up everything after the job is completed. I would definitely recommend them for any tree service you may have.

I think that I shall never see a fallen tree as carefully and meticulously removed as those Frady Tree Care cut from our front and side yards. Being respectful of our property and efficient in their work brought smiles to my face and heart, for today our yard has returned to its verdant green blanket of grass. I knew the tree team would “leave” no roots unturned. Such a “tree”rific job…

Frady Tree Care is top notch professionals. They get the job done right and they work so efficiently. I highly recommend them!

I’m so impressed with the work Frady Tree Care! Stewart is simply the best!
Aphids hit my Crepe Myrtle trees and when I called, Frady was quick to respond and so kind!! 10 stars! Wouldn’t think of using another company!!

These guys did a bang up job for me! Will call them again! Thanks !!

Super great bunch of guys

They came out and gave me a price and then I called 3 times and they never returned my call. I guess they don't want to work. Very unprofessional. Would recommend someone else.

These guys are great! Very responsive and professional. I got three estimates and theirs was by far the best.
