Josh and his crew did a great job on my mother's cypress trees and the price was affordable. JP Lawn & Tree has earned our future business.

These guys downed and removed a huge dead tree away from my house. They showed up on time and safely completed the job in one visit in 90 degree weather. The contractor Josh is super friendly and painless to deal with and the price he gave was fair and justified

Super friendly and knowledgeable! Reasonably priced as well and I would never go to anyone else for service! So far they have cleared up some overgrown yard, removed 3 dead trees and a few other ones and already having them come back to remove 1 more tree and pruning the ones in front of my yard. Also does a great job with gutter cleaning!!!

We had a large tree split and dangerously leaning over our goat pen, wedged between another tree and pressing into the roof. Josh came out on a Saturday to take care of it—talk about going above and beyond! He removed the tree safely, efficiently, and professionally, cutting it up so we now have a perfect stack of firewood for our outdoor campfires. Most importantly, we no longer have to walk under a potential “widow maker” twice a day while tending to the goats.

While he was here, he even took down another tree we’d partially limbed but never finished—and he had it down in five minutes flat. Exceptional service, clear and professional communication, and truly reliable work. We’ll absolutely be calling JP Lawn and Tree again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service & professionalism by your technicians, Pete & Mike ... immediately diagnosed problem (A/C fan motor), checked for other problems, ordered the part & replaced it as soon as the part was available (26 year old A/C unit) ... very personable & efficient ... thank you for having such professional employees

My home warranty company sent out this company. They didn't fix my problem or bother to change the air filter.

This company is awful. They literally spent 4 minutes trying to fix an issue with our AC. I specifically told the two “technicians” what the issues was, but they ignored it and said the issue was fixed. Our bedroom ceiling is now falling down, thanks to the two lazy “technicians” who didn’t care or want to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You’re better off hiring your local McDonald’s employee to resolve your issue.

This company was sent out my AHS home warranty. They were on time, diagnosed the and fixed the problem. Also, everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. All-in-all, they did a great job. Thank you!

I won't call anyone BUT Pete & Sherry at Carolina Custom Comfort. 15 years he's been our heat & a/c go to guy! Always solves our problems and is cost effective in a repair plan.

Serviced and repaired my air conditioning unit and furnace. They were very knowledgeable and explained the problem and repair to me. They didn't try to up sell me, rather just repaired my existing units. I will use Carolina Custom Comfort again, and recommend them to all my friends.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a bad experience with this company .They were used through my insurance company. They came out twice to fix my AC and kept having the same problem within a month. Then about two or three weeks after there 2nd visit the AC started having same trouble. So I called insurance company back to have them come out again for a 3rd time to fix it. They told me it would be almost a week before they could come out because of hot weather and alot of systems need attention. I understand hot weather and systems not working. But mine hadn't worked right in over a month. So I'm guessing since I'm a warranty company customer and they couldn't fix it the two times before. They put me on a backlog to other customers who had recently called in. Well I've been calling to get it fixed properly for almost a month. So don't expect to be a priority customer if you have to call them to come back to fix your system for a 3rd time.

American Home Shield sent this worthless bunch out because my gas heat was having an issue with coming on. It runs just fine once it comes on but has been "humming" for 2-3 min before coming on (this is new). The crew called before they came, and showed up on time. I explained the problem and they went to the crawl space. They stood outside the crawl space, never went under the house to actually LOOK at the furnace, listened to it run, looked at the gas meter and said it was working fine. Yes, it works fine once it starts, starting is the problem. Pay you to come out and WORK, actually check out the furnace, not just stand around. Know not to use this company again.
