For $100.00 in parts , and labor 3 hours If that much time in labor. Left here at 9:30 and got back at around 11:45. Finished up around 2:30. Ended up paying 2600.00 and some odd dollars. On top of that left the old parts under the house. I am very dissatisfied and will not use them again!

I had an issue with a toilet upstairs and called Pipeworx Plumbing on the weekend. They were quick to respond and sent out a fantastic technician named Jacob. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and took the time to ensure every detail was taken care of. Jacob’s skill and attention to detail really impressed me, and my toilet is working perfectly now. On January 16 th of this year, the diverter to my tub/shower actually shot out across the tub. My husband had been discharged from having a double cardiac bypass just five days prior to this. We really needed a working shower. The young lady that I spoke with was very nice, and stated that she would try to get someone out to my house as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a voicemail message from her just minutes later stating that they would have someone come out the next day at 10:00 a.m. The next day, Derrek W. arrived at our home. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything to us in detail about what was found,the repairs needed,and the cost of the repairs. He did an excellent job and cleaned up any debris that was left from completing the repairs. I highly recommend Pipeworx Plumbing.

Highly recommend, Pipeworx has been fast and reliable for us since we switched to them when our water line broke a couple months back. Shout out to Max who we found to be extremely thorough and with strong technical expertise. He fixed a long-time issue with our toilets the former company we used couldn’t seem to figure out. He came out twice to properly check a vent issue we had, can’t remember the second plumbers name that came with him for the 2nd visit but they both did a great job given our complicated roof/house build to ultimately find we had a septic back up. We especially appreciated the time Max took to explain his process and any issues he found throughout. Grateful for the good help!

I called Pipeworx for a new water heater to replace the really old one that quit on me. Max and Christian were very knowledgeable and professional as they explained the differences between potential replacement ideas that I was considering. Max and Christian, taking into consideration multiple factors (home size/home having 2 water heaters) laid out well thought-out options that made the decision for fairly easy. Excellent company. Hired them to help move our bathtub drain pipes and do the shower plumbing for a bathroom remodel. Max came out to our house the same day I called and quickly generated a quote. He was very detailed, professional, and understood our needs. Max came back with Cristian and did the job in under 3 hours. They were super professional and did a great job communicating with us throughout the process.

I had a great experience with Pipeworx Plumbing. Our service technician was Harley. He was prompt, thorough, and efficient. He was very polite and helpful. He resolved our problems and restored our water. He was able to fix something that two previous technicians weren’t able to fix. I’m very pleased with the service! The staff that answered my calls were extremely polite and helpful as well!

I called late and they called right back they were here when they said they would be here and Billy did a great job walking ne through my options and was very nice and understanding even though I didnt get the work done I give them 5 stars because of his hospitality and kindness will definitely call back if the problem comes back and I can't figure it out

Hired Pipeworx to repair a septic issue in my drain line. At first I was very skeptical. The cost of the repair was significantly more affordable than a full replacement, so I gave it a try. Weston was very thorough about the process and was rather confident he could repair the septic issue. Weston and Pipeworx saved the day! It worked! 3 months in and no issues whatsoever! Could not be happier.

We had a major project that involved replacing our main line to our septic tank. To do so, they had to tear out the LVP, break through the concrete, and re-plumb multiple appliances. Months later, I am still blown away by the job they did and the care they took to put everything back together. I will call them for all future plumbing needs.

We’re from Florida and recently had to find a plumbing company in North Carolina to repipe my mom’s house. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely outstanding! The CSR team was friendly, helpful, and made the process so easy, even from out of state.

Got my hot water heater replaced and upgraded with Pipeworx. Derrek W and Grant were fantastic and helped walk me through the installation process and what to expect. Their customer service is great and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had an emergency with a septic pump alarm going off, during non business hours and Pipeworx Plumbing was accessible and they quickly came out and took care of the problem. Communication was 10 out of 10. They also back up their work. I had the same issue several weeks or months later, they again came out quickly, since it was same issue they covered under their warrantee, and they went further. The tech found that i was missing a valve or part that I should have and was the cause of the repeated problem. The owner of the company called me and said they should have caught that missing part on first visit, so they not only fixed the problem but they also added the part that was missing without charging me anything, even after I insisted. Its great to see great customer service is still available. Thank you pipeworx plumbing and Air!!!

Just used Pipeworx for the first time and saw why review ratings are so high. I had a frost free valve outside for garden use that was near 20 years old and had lost flow. Pipeworx completed a replacement for me which took care of the problem. Alex was able to start early, he reviewed everything thoroughly and determined all needed materials before starting the work. The quote was very reasonable and I accepted it. With the good preparation Alex had the water off just a few minutes and completed all of the work relatively quickly. The water flow was back to normal and the work area was clean. Alex was very personable and a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely use Pipeworx again.

Alex came out to replace my fill valve and toilet flange. He was very kind knowledgeable and efficient . He patiently answered all my questions. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Harley and Jacob were the best. They came out when we had no water with our well. Their professionalism and expertise were top notch. They were very informative on what they were doing and steps we can take for our well care. This company has very reasonable rates for after hours/ out of area calls. Within a couple hours they had our water back on with new well parts.
