His price was very very fair. He's actually very quick and did a really nice job without destroying my yard.

Review of Kapok Tree Service: He didn't show for the estimate and didn't contact me about what was going on. I waited around for him to show and then called a half-hour after the scheduled time. The guy said he had gone to Garner because my number had come up as from Garner even though I had given my full address (not Garner) when scheduling, and even though he might have called or texted me when he arrived at the wrong location but he didn't. He then said he could be to my location in about 55 minutes. Incidentally, we had scheduled a time last week, but right about when he would be showing up, he texted a photo of a truck without one of its wheels, saying he had been in an accident. Why not let me know prior? Anyway, the company is not getting our business or recommendation, if for no other reason, lack of (prompt) communication.

Would definitely recommend them for any tree service. Very fast and fantastic clean up after trimming.

Robinson and his Kapok Tree Service crew were timely, professional and efficient in all the great work they completed for me over the last week. They took down 3 horrible, giant Bradford pear trees that were splitting and putting one of my buildings at risk, a large willow branch hanging over the corner of my house, and about 40 feet of huge, 7 feet tall, overgrown holly hedges. Plus they ground all the stumps and hauled everything over to my brush-pile. I highly recommend Robinson, and Kapok Tree service!

I hired Kapok to remove a tree from my back yard. They were onsite in less than 12 hours and did a great job! They took down the tree in about 30 minutes, removed all debris and were very professional. I would certainly recommend their services!

Excellent work , very polite workers, great price. Took down a100 ft x 3 ft dia pine trimmed all the branches and cut the truck into 3 ft lengths . I highly recommend this company

Fantastic service! The guys came out within the hour of me calling them to quote, and were back out same day & completed a big job in about 2 hours. Removed a massive tree that had fell on my fence and pool. Well priced considering the workload. Highly recommend. Also came out same day the tree fell which is awesome.

Robinson and his team were punctual, professional, and a great value. They came out as promised, gave a very fair quote for our tree removal job, and were able to schedule the job for the next week. We were extremely pleased to get it scheduled so soon, but to make it even better, they ran ahead of schedule on another job and were able to return and complete our job the very same day! I’ve known Robinson for sometime and he really is a honorable business operator. They’ve helped me out many times once when there was a storm and a massive tree came down very reasonable, friendly, professional reliable and in this example, I asked him to do something that is really not a usual type of job but they did fantastic work. We have a batting cage net. That’s been hung and done with skill and craftsmanship. Really appreciate the effort and hard work; and the professional professionalism. I strongly recommend.

The team that came to my house on short notice took down a 100 year old pine that was infected with beetles and headed straight for my house in the next storm. They were polite, knowledgeable, professional, determined, and hard working. The tree climber was like a Spider Man. I asked them not to smush the daffodils that were coming up nearby and they actually protected them. Unheard of. This is who you are looking for.

Really impressed with the job they did! They trimmed two of our trees and they look so much better—super clean and well-shaped. Communication was great, they showed up on time, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They also cleaned everything up before leaving, which made a big difference.
