Very friendly and up front about what the issue was regarding my washer and dryer water valves. Explained what needed to be done and why and walked me through the process. Also very quick. Where do I start but with nothing but great things about Hedgpeth Plumbing. I have owned my house for over 7 years and this company is the only company I use. Michael is a reliable family guy and professional businessman and knows so much about the plumbing business. Some companies quote so much for just simple jobs and I can truly trust michael to give me the best quote. From faucet replacements to huge jobs on replacing dishwashers and toilets. I trust him so much that I leave him at my house while getting the job done. He is someone I trust in my home for all my plumbing needs. Super nice and very knowledgable. Never will use another plumbing company. I live off ramsey street but he is from raeford and still gets to my home in a timely manner because he supports all surrounding areas.

What can I say about this business besides AMAZING!!! Mr. Hedgpeth worked with my schedule and fit me in his busy schedule to get my daughters bathroom tub unclogged, it has been 2 weeks and it wouldn’t drain. Not only did he get it fixed in less than an hour, he also noticed the shower head was also causing some issues and replaced that. I am grateful for his proactiveness and how sweet and professional he is! My husband and I will continue to use him, and will make sure everyone knows how great he is. Thank you Mr. Micheal!!!

I have used Hedgpeth Plumbing for the third time today. I first met Michael when one of my bathrooms was no longer working. It was backing up whether you used the toilet, the sink or the tub. He figured out the problem when no one else had. He fixed the issue and it has worked wonderfully since. The second time was to change out the wall mounted sink in said bathroom. He installed a wonderful new sink and vanity. Today he replaced the handles in the tub. They were old and kept leaking no matter how tight I got them. He did an amazing job. It works so well. He is very thorough and neat. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a truly professional plumber.

I called them to come out as I had a leaking outside faucet. It was getting worse and almost at a steady drip. He was able to fit me in later in the day. When he came out (he was early so that's also great!), I had him replace the leaking one and another as preventative. I also inquired about possibly helping with our well. It's used to water the pastures and irrigation. He said that he would definitely take a look and after a few minutes he found that the power from the pump house to the panel on the house was shorted and possibly cut. To check the pump, he bypassed the faulty breaker and the pump came on. The pressure came up and the pump shut off. He then checked for leaks and to make
sure everything (other than the power cord issued) was working as it should. He made some other recommendations and was on his way. I appreciated the time he spent to cover what we asked and offer suggestions on what to do next.
