Excellent service. Prompt and Jacob knew what he was doing. Will definetly call Clima if a heating and air issue presents itself again.

This is now my go to ..for all future HVAC concerns and issues ! Jacob is a knowledgeable skilled technician and provides OUTSTANDING customer service !!! I would give 10 stars if it were an option !! Thank you Jacob !!!

We bought an older home in March. As the Spring brought hotter temps, we discovered that our A/C wasn't cooling our home adequately. After being jerked around by four supposedly "high rated" companies in Wilson, we called Clima. Boy, are we happy that we did! Jacob and his crew were truly a God send. They removed our old ductwork under the house and in our attic, replaced our outdated wall vents with new floor vents, installed a new return in our mudroom wall and relocated and installed a new return in our attic, replaced two outdated and corroded valves on a gas line, and replaced a sagging dryer vent. Shockingly, they did all of that for $3000.00 less than another company wanted to charge. Before the job was finished, his crew removed all of the old ductwork and debris, and Jacob cleaned our A/C unit and checked the Freon levels. Our A/C is no longer running constantly, our home is so cool and comfortable, and the disgusting crawl space odor that was leaking into the living space of our home is GONE!! In the future, Clima will be the only company that we will use for our HVAC needs!

Absolutely awesome!!! Jacob was fast, knowledgeable and very courteous! Great job and now my ac is working!! I would highly recommend!!

Excellent, fast service and great price! Our heat went out on new years day and when we called they came right out, fixed the problem and had us back to toasty in no time and without braking the bank! We would definitely recommend CLIMA to everyone!

Clima Smart Heating & Cooling is wonderful! My HVAC systems have been serviced thru them for the last 5 plus years. I have found them to be very efficient, timely, honest and neat with their work. I have never been more satisfied with a HVAC company.

Jacob was very upfront and efficient. He was very informative and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone. It is a five star business.

The CLIMA technician came out just like he said he would and proceeded to diagnose my air conditioning system. He quickly solved the issue and offered courteous sound advice for my benefit. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend CLIMA Smart Heating & Cooling. Thanks for everything.

I was so impressed with Jacob's service. Fast, on time, and so willing to work hard. Our system is old and he will be the one we call for a new system.

It was a privilege to know Jacob. We are a new business and bought an old office space that had significant problems with the HVAC system. I shopped around a lot to find the most economical as well as a high standard HVAC group in town. After a thorough vetting process, I picked Clima HVAC. Jacob was very ethical; work standards were extremely high, and also the quote was several thousand lower than anyone in town, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.

Jacob is always punctual and very appeasing. He always clearly explains the problem, walks you through your possibilities, and gives a fair and honest quote. He has quickly become my go to HVAC go.

Jacob was very professional, very polite, did a great job, and was very quick performing the work on the A/C! He explained everything that needed to be done and did not try to take advantage of the situation knowing that the A/C was not cooling properly!🙂

Jacob was awesome to work with. Arrived when he said he would, completed repairs as planned/expected. Will definitely use again.

Jacob was professional and courteous. He came over right away, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it all within an hour. We have AC again. Highly recommend

Excellent service! Jacob went over the top to make sure our AC needs were met at a fair price! Will definitely call again!
